Brother please keep me in your prayers and my family. So much is coming against us right now. Nothing has or will prosper but I need to shake what the world calls "depression" . I dont know how i feel about even the word and I know I shouldnt feel this way but I do. My husband works alot and I feel overwhelmed here at home. Thank you I felt the spirit heavily speaking in this to the point it brought me to tears and thats huge because it doesnt happen alot. Gods trying to speak something to me and i just dont want to mess this up or miss it. I have to be doing something wrong here. That said I know i saw your video for a reason. Hi Eashoa. Such an awesome question. The Bible gives us many answers. Here are some principles: Get the influences of the world out of your home (i.e. Hollywood). Read good books together (the Bible, Trial and Triumph, Tolkien). Have fun together. Work together. Laugh together. Pray together. (I would recommend our book: The Essentials.

This is a rare video. I choose to not have children or marry as I don't wish to pass my disabilities on to others to face hatred by society. Thank you for this video. Are there ones for singles in how to connect and help community?
You can do so much being single. I would say more than being married. You can completely devote your life to God and ministry. When you have a spouse you become divided with your time. Pray about how God could use you in others lives. Blessings!

@@neilsiebenthal9254 Hi Neil. The blame for death and disease is on mankind. We sinned, and so brought death into the world. God's sovereignty is indeed mysterious and ultimately beyond us. We sinned and brought death into the world, and yet, it was ultimately part of His plan. That, however, doesn't make it His fault. The blame lies with us. Blessings.

You said that “Women should submit to their husbands, whom submit to God.”
Doesn’t this hierarchy imply that women can only have a relationship with God through their husband?
Hi! Excellent question. The answer is, no. Just because someone is called to submit to someone else, doesn't mean that they can only connect with God through that person they submit to. There are actually 5 different areas of submission that God has instituted; Wives to husbands, people to government, workers to bosses, Christians to church elders, and children to parents. In each of these cases the people have an independent relationship with God. For example, my children are called to submit to me, but their relationship with God is independent and real, with or without me.
Something else important to note is that the submission is only appropriate as long as the leaders don't ask for something that goes against God's will. God never commands blind submission to another human, but only submission to leadership that doesn't contradict the Word of God.
