I'll always play bdo regardless of pop shifts. I love the world, love the professions, and find that bdo is my go-to mmo to return to every few weeks after playing new games.

Streamers don’t even make up 1% of the BDO population. However, they’re the only ones showing footage aka streaming of their game. The other filler are clips people make. What was your point again?
My point is to see a streamer repeatedly passing on tireless items with an RNG slightly above average, I've been an active player for 7 years and it's noticeable that there IS a difference, especially if you stay up to date with the gossip that goes on on different servers, In SA, for example, there was a dismissal of CMs who passed on information... What prevents the company from facilitating something for them too? remembering that streamers are "decoys" for others, which generate the thought in people "If he can do it, I can do it" but not... That's the point!

I've played a dozen MMORPGs upto this day. And Black Desert Online is the only MMO i ever played that when decided to stop for a few months/weeks, you won't even bother to try coming back. Because it's simply not worth it and there's nothing to go back to, except for the reasons why you left in the first place.
This game was never for the community.
honestly thats with pretty much any mmo nowaday's im not advocating for BDO - But like bdo where it feels worthless, same is with wow. you quit at the end of the season where you constantly grind the same content / dungeons / raids over and over for upgrades.
there is no mmo currently i believe right now that feels worth the time and effort think its more of a feeling thing that you want to play something but will remain only temporarily.

Lol but that's a lie tho, we have both Arsha modes, Solare, RBF, Arena, the reworked Siege mode and the upcoming war of roses mode. The only PvP they removed was the griefing, fun-killing forced PvP and it's not even removed, they just made changes so PvE'rs can avoid getting harassed by gearcarried a*holes.

The spot is giga END GAME and you need GIGA GEAR to actually pull good numbers, if you don't have at least 3 pen debos and 3 pen blackstar don't expect to ever pull as much on average.

Therefore, tab targeting or single button input for skills, is trash imo. If I view the most recent gameplay, stoopz, and the combat looks like ass. Why would I spend money on it? BDO has its many flaws but the combat is exceptional. Here’s hopes that Chronos Odyssey pulls me away from BDO when it drops. Until then BDO > any other mmo

Nobody disputes that bdo combat is undoubtedly the best, but what good is that combat against a useless AI, you just have to repeat combos. clearly you never played pvp in bdo, grab-oneshot more than 20 classes that are impossible to balance and the terrible state of the servers that cause continuous desynchronization, classes that require playing with minimum 144hz monitors because if not, the combos don't connect. If everything else doesn't matter and the combat is overshadowed by stupid AI and dsync on the servers, what do you have left? Did you see the Crono Odyssey gameplay? It's an extremely generic game that received a giant downgrade, it's not even close to bdo level. I will never come back in black desert if they don't made a way faster progression with less grinding and easier gear enchantment. I have about 3.5k hours in BDO and i still stuck at Valencia with PEN boss gear and stars end sometimes but it takes ages to kill the enemies. Just grinding game and grinding in the same spots for years is getting way to boring. I could rise a little bit more AP if i didn't spend some hours to get and have fun with my dream horse but again it would be a just a little AP

If youre full pen and still struggling to kill SE mobs but im sorry youre just not good at the game. Maybe update your crystals,add-ons and artifacts and efficient combos. Also 3.5k hours isnt much

@@DailyFix21 LoL i am not struggling to kill the mobs for god sake, but in easier spots by one shot all the mobs i can make way more silver than stars end. Also with that crap rng that bdo haves you will never get in hour any disto. Stars End is an 260 AP zone, with about 270 AP Pen boss you will be never able to kill the mobs very fast, no matter what crystal and buff you are use. You can kill stars end even with Pen tuvala but what's the point to hit your self million times just to kill a small group of enemies. If you are better in the game then do a tutorial and send it to me so i can see how you do it becuease so far i never found any video how to kill them faster than me with simular gear. If you have a real life to take care and you don't have a father and mother to pay you everything so you will just stay home all the time and playing bdo..... 3.5k hours is way to much than enough
You can't be pen boss gear and struggle at stars end .... I'm not even full pen and have 4.7k of hours and I can grind at stars end easy. I can grind orcs easy too. With the right amount if trash loot like other video that grind the same area. 😆 you're either bad at the game or using wrong crystal, add ons, and wrong combo.

For those of you crying about open world PvP, we have a dedicated server for that called Arsha. Over there are people who want to PvP, and are also actively looking for encounters. I suggest you go try that out and actually PvP instead of lamenting days gone where you could just gank PvE'ers for free.

openworld pvp is so dead that you can afk train in the middle of arsha as a -1mil karma for 10 hours and not get killed, mby not even be kicked of the horse
The bdo changes in recent years were good, nothing more than that and they were changes that should have been a long time before, the only thing PA has done is try to retain players with band-aid updates.
If it survived so long it was due to the lack of other decent MMOs but with the arrival of TL, where the developers are doing the things that people ask for and it is really having good changes, good content and a good optimized graphics engine.
nsoft did in a few months what PA could not do in years, which is to listen to the community and these are the results.
and the majority of the bdo community does not want to accept that PA never made changes to improve the game, they were never interested in the community's opinion, they are not even interested in what the Korean bdo community says, they are only interested in retaining the people who generate income, each large piece of content was an empty cazcaron which you abandoned after weeks, everything new that came from BDO was always the same.

@@effydine5513 We trusted it for years and look at the current state of the game, I think we should give it a chance, knowing that it is free, but knowing that it has had very good returns. many bdo people will never accept that I invest a ton of time in a game in which 95% of the time was done alone, that their progress is useless for nothing more than grinding a few minutes faster, bdo has a beautiful combat system 1vs1 but it is totally unviable when it comes to massive content. The TL system is designed for combat and massive and cooperative content. something that will never have good due to its old graphics engine and its combat system, for some reason War of Roses failed completely in Korea, the GM had to speak to the private so that the guild leaders could register for the War of Roses because no one I want to play it. I loved bdo since its release but I slowly realized that pa has no interest in making the game really good.
Throne and liberty will be a BDO Killer like new world, Diablo 4, lost ark and all the other games

TL is out only in korea, you can see how many bdo players already left bdo to try out TL, imagine what happens when the game comes in the west, at least for 1-2 months the game will be flooded
Bdo is that type of MMO where you can invest in TL for a year and come back to BDO and you won't be gear gapped. A bunch of BDO player went to lost ark and diablo 4 when they came out. But game is still very much alive. 😆 after people got bored of diablo 4 and lost ark. I was one of them and will be playing TL but BDO be that MMO I can always come back to after a while. But can't do that to other mmo. BDO is the first mmo that I took multiple years off and came back but my gear wasn't obsolete cause all I had to do was caphras then get fallen god.
TL isn't designed to be a main game for bdo players, ofc bdo players (the ones that only played bdo) will go back to bdo but those mmorpg fans will pretty much stick with it until endgame@@epictcg4424
