Low RV Shower Pressure - Stupidly Easy Fix

- We suddenly lost a ton of water pressure in our RV shower, and it was bugging me for a couple days. Figured out with was a super simple fix that no one had mentioned, so I wanted to share in case anyone was having this problem.

two months ago I swapped my shower head and didn't pay attention to that detail. You just fixed my issue. Thank you.
Was ready to change out entire valve. Did all sorts of other troubleshooting. I couldn't tell that the little cap and check valve came out. I think mine must have been a bit off center. Took out, flushed, put back in, now shower is great. Thanks!

You don't use tape on fittings that have gaskets or o rings. Use tape on taper pipe thread only
I have the same shower set up. The shower got clogged up real bad. I had to take several components apart to flush it out. Just an fyi

What caused the original sudden loss of pressure?

@@Edwardsjourney He initially detached the hose so he could get the hose through the little ring on the wall so the shower head could reach more of the shower. When he put it back he put i back the wrong way, like upside-down.
Attention Canadian's, I have purchased one of these Oxygenics shower head . It's really works
great. However a couple of months later I found the head unit on the
floor and the "Smart Pause " portion broke and I contacted the company
for a replacement valve and they said if I produced the receipt the
would this one time replace it for free. The BIG news a $50 shipping and
handling charge for a $5 or less postage cost, WHAT a SCAM . So
