As an owner of the s23 Ultra I will skip the s24 and get the z fold 6. Foldables are awesome and I had fun testing the z fold 5
The front screen on the zfold 5 sucks, if it is bigger on the fold 6 it would be my fav phone

You want to get the OnePlus open. I own both. The OnePlus is better. Also own an s24 ultra. It's better than that too.

You can also split screen on oneplus open just like samsung. You have to drag over and hit the option to top bottom mode.

Fold 5 has strong PWM. My eyes hurt and throbbed a lot after it. I had to return and order S24 Ultra.

OnePlus Open is #1 for multitasking with 3 apps. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is #1 for multitasking with 2 apps.
One thing i hate about samsung is that their animations are so choppy and make the phone feel laggy when its not
