I tried this yesterday, hit many toe shots. I felt like my right hip got to far back and the club went way to inside on the backswing.

This is a good lesson. I have to feel the weight more 'back' almost in the heels. It's completely at odds with the 'balls of the feet' mantra which for so many just ends up being toes.

This tip actually had me subconsciously lifting up, and I shanked a few shots. When you lift any body part upwards, it can cause a cumulative effect.

My problem is that when I put weight on my right heel like that, I have trouble getting off it so my weight doesn't transfer properly. How/when do you move to the right toe?
