Babies fly. Oldies fly. My sis ,& I always fly at 70/72. We walk ,drive bike but no plane mishaps. Its just like being in a room. I started spotting at 6 years old and flew at college at 20. Try it. You'll never stop.I flew in the USAF at 24 and still at it. Hope you enjoy. Take a short flight first like 2 hours to LAX. From DFW. Go with someone if possible first time. My niece 30 just flew from ATL to JFK first time alone. My lady cousin is a retired United captain. Thers a video on nervous flyers Petter Mentour pilot on CZcams also. It ✈️may help encourage you.
