This video to demo some new features to Intel. It's a pretty boring video.
This shows some long overdue updates of the hexapod. Pretty much everything is the same visually, just some upgrades like motors and software features.
The video shows:
1) Legs designed for aluminum fabrication
2) MX-28 motors with PID loops and magnetic potentiometers
3) Streaming of the video processing images via wifi
Some things still to be worked out:
1) Head mechanism calibration
2) GUI streaming back simulation parameters
3) Keyboard control
