- We traveled to Mannavanur 32 kms from kodaikanal. Winding roads, aroma of eucalyptus oil, pine trees, wind in your face, clouds / fog on the roads...Amazing! We had an amzing experience of the village life, their agriculture, extraordinary scenaries, etc. MANNAVANUR is one of beautiful place for whole day relaxation. Lovely lake with serene surroundings, away from the hustle of kodaikanal town. It's a clean, green Lake well maintained by the forest department.
Don't miss the Corracle boat ride and the Zipline. It's definitely Worth a visit if you are in Kodaikanal.Travel along with us on our fun filled journey.

Recently ( December 2022) we visited this place but the lake don't have water for ride and they have zip ride but it cost of 500 per head... Toilets are not clean and catering they are charging like anything .. cup of Maggie charge is 50rs without any veggies... Honestly Tamilnadu tourism should take action on the costs and cleaning ... Simply removing plastics are not make the place beauty .... But the way from Kodaikanal to here is awesome....
