Have you tried treating these adjacent areas before? Hope they help!

I really agree with you. My osteopath said to me that the surrounding structures of the shoulder have to be strengthened with prescribed exercise in order to calm the inflamed bursa down. An inflamed tendon will irritate the bursa and an inflamed bursa will irritate the tendon. You have to try to break that cycle for shoulder impingement to heal. Good posture is important too.

I've had bi-lateral bursitis for 15 years. I've lost all the muscle in my shoulders as a result. I've had numerous bouts of physio and steroid injections and nothing helps. I'm absolutely desperate for a solution, so I'll try this out.

would this also work for A bursitis and tendinitis caused by a hyper extension injury rather than an imbalance of muscles ? I’m three months in so I’m going to add it to my other physio exercises , I’ve had two Cortizone injections and they have worked on extent but far from 100% healed

It’s hard to say without assessing you for myself Darrin. If there’s surrounding muscle and joint restrictions they could in theory be influencing everything else around that restriction - of which a bursa and tendon could be impacted.

Thank you, what a revelation. My bursa is sticking out a mile. Will be poulticing with potato tonight. How often..does it break fibroblasts?
