I really agree with you. My osteopath said to me that the surrounding structures of the shoulder have to be strengthened with prescribed exercise in order to calm the inflamed bursa down. An inflamed tendon will irritate the bursa and an inflamed bursa will irritate the tendon. You have to try to break that cycle for shoulder impingement to heal. Good posture is important too.
this is amazing advice ... the knowledge of how the muscles work and the method of how to help and even to repair it ... thank you so much for sharing your research
OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS - thank you so much! I play Disc golf and hurt my shoulder months ago, and this was better than visiting my PT!!
I appreciate that michael, thank you. I’m really glad to hear the video resonated with you!
Thank you for your help! I have some shoulder pain in the morning after side sleeping and it tends to pop quite a bit during the day.
Omg The pain is easing up, thank you 🙏
Omg. The pain has decreased and my rom has slightly improved. ❤thank you
do you have any strength exercises to do with this
I had this with my fall last yr very painful with everything thing else Ì had with it. With slow physio itreleased it was a receive I could move it better as for fall I had recently more damage n impending op maybe?.
I've had bi-lateral bursitis for 15 years. I've lost all the muscle in my shoulders as a result. I've had numerous bouts of physio and steroid injections and nothing helps. I'm absolutely desperate for a solution, so I'll try this out.
I really hope it helps, mate! Please feel free to let me know how you get on!
would this also work for A bursitis and tendinitis caused by a hyper extension injury rather than an imbalance of muscles ? I’m three months in so I’m going to add it to my other physio exercises , I’ve had two Cortizone injections and they have worked on extent but far from 100% healed
It’s hard to say without assessing you for myself Darrin. If there’s surrounding muscle and joint restrictions they could in theory be influencing everything else around that restriction - of which a bursa and tendon could be impacted.
Thank you, what a revelation. My bursa is sticking out a mile. Will be poulticing with potato tonight. How often..does it break fibroblasts?
Have you tried treating these adjacent areas before? Hope they help!
That worked so fast it was insane - thank you so much!
