- “This album is about our personal experiences and our different and shifting perceptions of life. All the work on the album, musically and visually, was made in very turbulent times in our lives. We needed to grow a lot as people and broaden our horizons, in order to maintain
the trajectory of the project and to stay sane in general. We’re super proud that we managed to make something that inspires ourselves in different ways and it would be incredible if that would also be the case for others. But apart from that, this release also marks the conclusion of the first “book” of the DROELOE project, onto the first chapter of the next book.” - DROELOE

@@Patricus047 yes, DROELOE are splitting. From now on, it will only be Vincent, Hein left to carry on with his own stuffs. But we'll since Vincent is the one who makes the music while Hein makes the visual stuffs, the music won't probably change much.

The lyrics hit home hard. This sudden rush of nostalgia and melancholy hits with the music. It's a sad and beautiful journey. No matter all the moments that have passed and will never return. But we were all born with the pencil of our lives. We are the brush that paints it. We are the words that write ourselves into action and inaction. Hiding or into the attention of life and others. It's amazing. Thank you Droloe. You evoke our nostalgia and my gratefulness for a life lived...to blossom~
