They all sing. They walk out of the seats and go on the stage. One at a time. Then they sing. The others judge them. They do this nine times, once for each singer. Each episode. After they sing .. they stand there and the other singers/judges comment on how they did. The end of the show the vote. Each singer gives from 2 to 9 points .. they do not vote for themselves. There is a 'winner' each episode. The score accumulates adding to the score for the prior program.

I have been watching Diana's performance for 2.5 years (I recognized her in April 2019). ALWAYS all the songs that she sings become hers, she changes them, makes them "her own". I was surprised by the 2nd song in the contest "Mom I dance". Why? I haven't heard it before, I watched the original song (everyone wrote that it was very popular) I didn'T like the "black song", but after Diana she became playful :). I remembered "HUMAN", the same story in the original was very bad in the song "vector of purpose", after Diana the song made sense. And it seems to me that all of Diana's songs (I'm talking about covers), if the song is good like this song "Oh, it's not evening", she, like a sorceress, brings a cut that makes the song shine. If the song or the meaning of the song is "black" it will transform it.
And a separate topic is the original songs written for Diana, there's all song masterpiece. There are no words. A low bow to Diana and everyone who helps and works with her.

Уже на протяжении 2.5 лет смотрю выступлении Дианы ( узнал её в апреле 2019). ВСЕГДА все песни которые она поёт становятся её, она их меняет , делает "своими". Удивила 2-ая песня в конкурсе "Мама я танцую". Почему ? я её раньше не слышал, посмотрел оригинал песни ( все писали что она была очень популярна) НЕ понравилось "черная песня", но после Дианы она стала игривой :). Вспомнил "HUMAN" таже история в оригинале очень плохой был заложен в песне "вектор цели", после Дианы песня приобрела смысл. И мне кажется все песни Дианы ( я про каверы говорю) , если песня хорошая как эта песня "Ой, то не вечер" она как волшебница вносит огранку, которая заставляет сиять песню. Если песня или смысл песни "черный" она преобразует её.
И отдельная тема оригинальные песни, написанные для Дианы, там что не песня то шедевр. Нет слов. Низкий поклон Диане и всем , кто помогает и работает с ней.

Yep 9 singers and 1 guest for every show, so 8 singers + guest sits up there, including Diana when the other's sing.
They vote/rank each others performances at the end of the show, and the two with highest overall score sits at the top with the guest, and the lowest 4 at the bottom.
Personally I think its great Diana sings 9 genres, she can try herself, in this she needed stamina, had coreography, rapping, lot of smiling. Even had a magnificent dress :)
This particular popular song is originally a duet, Diana sang it alone.
Of course most of these songs aren't super fitting to her, but great experience and overall we see 9 performance from her, while there were 0 without such music show.

Diana doesn't just have to sing dramatic ballads and constantly demonstrate her unique vocal skills. It is versatile and it can show that in this competition with the 9 categories.
It's strange. We foreigners love this song by Diana but the Russian friends reject this song and even Diana probably doesn't like it. The original song has over 223 million views. Where do they come from ??? ... but what matters is what makes me feel Diana. So much energy and joie de vivre ... everyone is dancing and having a lot of fun. What more do you want?
... But Diana in last place? That is completely incomprehensible to me. I would have expected at least 3rd place. It seems that the other participants are afraid of Diana's strength. A bad guy who thinks badly!
What did the people who invented this show think? That the participants assess themselves fairly and as impartially as possible? Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a perfect world. Everyone only thinks of themselves ... I still hope that Diana will sing this song for us often. It's just fun to dance.

Good reaction! The name of the show is "Show mask go on". People in the audience are the contestants, who are judges at the same time. So, they all are singers. The only real judge is that old gentleman with glasses. This is a famous Russian actor and showman Yuri Stoyanov. Well, it is another fabulous Diana's performance. She even rapped in it, wow. I think there is nothing impossible for her. How can one not to adore her.

They are the judges but not to her. She's a guest. There's a music show " the wall" where there are 100 judges for competitors.
