@DefenceRoger….. very easy. The more time it takes in conference, it’s clear that the candidate is a borderline case. If no discussion, either recommended or not recommended. Psychology does have more weightage, as it is the complete picture of an individual. If psychology says no, then it’s definitely no. Heard it from a psychologist as well as an interviewer myself during an SSB.

Ma'am a repeater candidate can get recommended without job in ssc tech and tgc entries.
But he is doing farming and earning money from that.
There are two factors that I Believe really going to impact his SSB Interview Firstly, doing farming is being responsible gesture it is not going to impact his selection as long as he knows how to answer this question smartly with the proper stimulus and in addition to it, when it comes to SSC TECH Entry I believe knowledge regarding Core Subject is important. It should not be like he is not aware of the question being asked from him. He can definitely correlate his SSB Question to Farming as per his experience.

In conference president asked who is the best in your group, tell me in the sequence who follows him rankwise.
Me- sir, 19 is the best in gto, good in gd, good in pgt. As i have not seen him in interview and psych so i can't tell about that.
I am on the 2nd position in my group then others.
----I was honest in my answer. Did it raise question on my self confidence?
If i had put myself on 1st position than gto sochta ki iska performance to 19 se km hai, ye honest nhi hu, observe achche se nhi kiya.
Only 19 was recommended with pretty good marks approximately 450 in ssb.

No, but you have to give reason why you did that.
May be reason is ba subjects will help you in your future or in back up option.

I'll just suggest you to be confident. they are not looking for your good English but how to deal with certain situations.
Like if you face difficulty in having a conversation you are always allowed to switch to Hindi and then later to English.
What matters is what you speak and how you carry yourself.

President : rate ur performance in all three test.
Me : 9 in gto,8 in IO, 7 in Pysche
Presi : why 7 in pyshce
Me : bcz i was only able to do 36 srts
Presi: why only 36.. who would have practiced before coming here.
Me : sir i was taking time in writing complete response and as such i did not do any practices in time pressure before coming here. In previous ssb also i could only do 30-40 srts only
Presi : so are 36 srts enough to get u recommend?

When it comes to chest no., in my opinion it matters when you consider everyone except yourself you are there for your selection. So, your priority should include yourself in every aspect.
And according to conference conversation...i think may be psychologist had not recommended me ...am i right??
