Many moons later I finally found this video again...my favourite is easily Carlton. He isn't better or worse than the other guys here but he does something to my soul when he sings. He looks like he has so much fun performing
That's the heart brother! I couldn't come up with episode 2 because of the confusion it brought... I mean why would people start comparing like who is best or what. it's about how beautiful these guys sound in their unique ways. I love your comment brother.. I'm inspired to do more episodes
Now you understand how difficult it is to compile a video like this and people think we left other bass singers because they are not deep but actually it's because it's hard to dig information about basses and going all the way back to check who did the note in a song. It would be a lot easier if we had more people to help like you and If groups really helped us with information about basses and songs then things would be a lot simple. thank you for the correction!
If we’re gonna go this way. Let’s go entirely professional. Give them an open mic to check for those ranges. Not boosted vocals and vocal fries what not . The most genuine bass for me. Chabota and Herschel’s. The rest are good but not with the ranges stated. Personal opinion.
Just wanted to share to the world all the beautiful notes they've done in the studio be it boosted vocals or vocal fries still sounds incredible. mind you if you get a piano and play the notes these guys sung you will understand that they are not so deep and you can actually sing along :-)
That was the plan but it was canceled because people started comparing who is Deeper and who is not and yet that's not the reason this compilation was made but to appreciate every Bass in Zambia. We are supposed to have about 5 episodes but the feedback was bad and some bass singer didn't like the idea
I made a compilation for Zambia + Zimbabwe. I actually didn't know this video exists. It's great seeing growth and appreciation for a cappella in Africa. Somebody Help me , on which band Elijah Nalubamba is in?
Episode 2 is coming. main challenge was to find songs done by you guys that's why most of you are not here. Now I have about four songs by you so I will include you sir
Some of us we are only disadvantaged by the areas we live in where music especially quartet is not the interest of the people... otherwise, we can sing more than you may imagine. Bass is a miracle voice
@@cherubimsingers6354t's not a competition. I'm certain lots of unknown talent are just as good as these guys in the video. I wouldn't say "none can match". Not many can sing the notes that these guys are hitting. Until the hidden talent is revealed, these fellows in the video will remain the best out there. Praises to the Almight God.
The purpose is to appreciate the Great notes high and low be it studio version or live it's about how great these guys come up with such notes. 😅😅Who is the deepest that's up to them.
All of them have great technique. They express their basses in different ways. That is the beauty of music.
Really nice tribute... Praise be to God.. Can't imagine how base is gona be sang in heaven
That's the message we are trying to spread to the world. It's not about who is deep and hits low notes. Thank you Diego Emanuel

Nice one.. .but part Two must include other veterans like Mr Noah Kasuba and Mr Chisembe Mpamba

text me on messenger and I will share all the songs - chunda mumba
Same how do we get these songs?
If u want to get to know the deepest bass singer, it's better to listen to them live and not with tuned songs.
The purpose is to appreciate the Great notes high and low be it studio version or live it's about how great these guys come up with such notes. 😅😅Who is the deepest that's up to them.
The one who compiled this should have edited them at which part in the song they hit those notes
Will do so next episode 🙏
Alista is actually the best then calton...a proper vid should be done including live perfomance
