John, I think you missed the point of the ac email. They are looking for your website to show where the bed is located in the room per the the balcony doors. That way they know where the vents are.

Thanks for the healed update report.
I just don't understand why they didn't bring their own chopsticks.
The AC units do you shut down when the balcony doors are left open. I don't know if they're converting all the ships to work this way, but I do know it's on the spirit class and the excel.
The guest invite was pretty cool.

I’m sorry but at 400lbs it’s gonna be difficult to get comfortable at any temperature. How about bring a fan, lose some weight, keep curtains closed and balcony door shut.

I’ll admit, even at a more fit weight cabins can be a little warm sometimes…sometimes it’s a glitchy AC, but I just sleep with a sheet if necessary…but yeah, we all have to take some responsibility for ourselves, can’t put everything on Carnival
