got my reading list a few days ago and 😶😶😶😶 it's intense BUT i am grateful to have something that feels very academically productive to do, I'll make sure to stick to your advice and acc read all of it. Do you think that there's time in the xmas break to read the primary texts set for paper 4 or should I try to get as much done as I can now? I'm worried that it's so far away I'll have completely forgotten what I've read and time-wise I'm not sure if I'll be able to get through all of it atm, but I know that you get work and reading set to do in the vac?

Tunip Yale Hey! Good question! Any degree with a modern foreign language in it at Oxford is usually 4 years because you have a year abroad! Whereas for just English or English and History joint honours or English and Classics joint honours it’s 3 years.

is the course length of BA in english at oxford same as when applied to english with a joint degree in another subject like Modern languages ?
