That McCormick has a lot of sodium in it.
True, it is a good seasoning but I was a little heavy handed with it. Thanks for watching
you wiped all the marinade off. you should have left it on and just added your rub.
I thought about that, most times I remove the excess marinade because I figured it should have penetrated the meat. Maybe I will leave it on next time. Thanks for watching.
