As you probably experienced yourself, it might be very difficult to get an appointment to submit your visa/residence application through some Czech Embassy. I hope my tips will help you :)

Hey, thank you. Yes, in theory. He will need to collect some documents (her original birth certificate etc.) though and the process might take pretty kong time. Could be done through the Czech Embassy in Canada.

Hey! If you mean at the Czech Embassy in Tunisia, then yes, but only 30 spots a year outside of the migration programs.

Why Czech appointment is taking too long in Kenya
My friend he apply in last year in November till now
It takes long in many countries. It has to do with the capacity of the Embassy and the political relationship between the two countries.

Is it mandatory to provide a confirmed air ticket for Czech visa? Or is it fine to give a dummy itinerary ticket? Please advice. I am planning to attend an appointment and the list of document says needs to provide air ticket, but incase of I don't get visa, the cancellation of flight will cost a lot.

@@mohieyfwzy4430 In that case, you just have to keep trying. There are only 30 spots a year available for the whole Egypt so you have to compete other applicants.

@@colinobest2218 Well, in Turkey you have to apply through the Embassy responsible for the region you live only, you can not choose the Embassy. You can try to get an appointment again, it just depends for how long are your documents valid. I also find the seasonal visa the biggest scam in the Czech immigration system so I do not really recommend anyone applying.

Hey! If your employer is not part of some of the special programs for employers, you can not get an appointment for Employee Card in India at all.

Hey! Yes, this is generally correct. Even if you do everything properly though, it is likely you will not get an appointment though.

You have to try again next time. And again next time if that does not work. No automatic appointments.

please sir I've been trying to booking appointments for work visa, but i keep getting automated responses from the Czech embassy in Ghana. which is always stating that your email is coming in before booking slots are open. why is that so
Probably sending it too early then :)
it states booking slots are open from 8am for a period of one upcoming month.
I sent the email at exactly 8am and 815am today which happens to be the last working day of the month but i got the same automated responses
@@ahmedafric1550 Seems a bit weird but if that is as you say, probably all slots were booked already and they see your email as for the next try and hence a month early :)

Most applications must ne submitted in person.
Ah what I mean is in requirements for visa is you have to submit first the scan photo of resident permit here in Saudi, scan photo of employment contract or future agreement and the scan photo of passport that is the first step online and after that if given a chance to get a slot for visa apperance I think that is the way that I have to submit or bring all the documents needed. Hello sir, I'm from India. I've got all my documents ready for visa. Also I've sent the mail to embassy today exactly at 14:00:00 pm but I got automatic reply saying,
"Thank you for your interest in lodging a visa/residence permit application with the Embassy of the Czech. Unfortunately, your request for an appointment could not be processed at the moment.
The capacity for lodging an application with the Embassy's Visa Section is fully booked now due to high demand. Therefore, your appointment could not be booked in the automatic system."

Hey! You will most likely have to try again next month. Sometimes they assign an appointment later on (in case the automated system failed) but it is not very common.

What you can check is if the company exists - here: wwwinfo.mfcr.cz/ares/ares_es.html.cz, you can also check if the position is advertised with the Labout office here: www.uradprace.cz/web/en/vacancies-search-3 That is about it. What I have seen is that you might get all the correct documents but it is anyway impossible to get an appointment for you. This should be the main thing to check with the agent - if they can help you get the appointment/if there is at all chamce for you to get appointment.

@@manugr95 We can not go over the governmental rules, we have to follow them as well. We help with getting appointment but only to clients who went through the whole process with us since we can control everything there.

@@abdulkaium6401 We help with gettimg all types of long-term visas/residence permits but it must be realistic case. If you have no job, no business, no school etc., you can not get a visa anyway. If you find a job, program to study etc. we will be happy to process all the visa paperwork.

@@imrankhannuton852 If you have to apply for visa in India, the only options are student visa, blue card (if you jave at least Bachelor's degree and you salary will be say more than 60 000 CZK) or an employee card but only if they are registered in one of the programs for employers.

@@mdsam8210 Only 700 people can apply every year in Delhi and out of that, 700 can apply only if their employer is registered in a special program for employers. If your employer is not registered, you can not apply.

You can submit the application at Czech Embassy in the country of your origin or in a country where you hold a long-term or permanent residence permit.
