you guys remember when columbia records scrubbed his shit off youtube? i remember when this dude was a fucking nobody. he took off like nothing else. his style was totally unique and fresh and the music industry noticed it early on. he’s completely original and that’s so hard to find now a days. he’s a dorky pop star. he came to campus a week or two ago at penn state. i’m in the club that helped get him on campus and set up for him. so cool

@@skyla4385 there are videos on this meteoric rise. people have done mini documentaries on it. just look up Dominic fikes early career on youtube. essentially they scrubbed his stuff to rebrand him after he got out of prison. he used to be an edgy rapper type. they do this with a lot of celebs but they saw his potential and they were right obviously.
