I don't know. I tried him in f2p accout X ups - 100 , 2** core, max Subli with 9M atk, B-, and it's lacking in void campaign always die in rnd 2-3 , lack of heal but OP counter atk even CC and he can CC. I think it's good if you have a A copy do double the counter atk dmg

only bad thing about him is that he doesn't put enough judgment on the enemy team. only 40% chance to put one on the attacker is not consistent.
