I found it very coherent That this variant is a diamond like Rose herself, and has a ability that involves barriers, just like rock star, the Sagan could be Pearl or Spinel, but it was great even without that detail, (and very convenient that they present a variant that is a reference to Rose Quartz, fighting against Lapis Lazuli)

SA 1: "Welcome to the Mountaintop" critical hits have a 30% chance to bypass opponent buffs, marquees and SA's. If a critical hit is blocked, inflict a 10 second Death Mark.
SA 2: "IS THAT THE GRIM REAPAH??" Critical hits have a 5% chance to instantly kill the opponent while the opponent is near at least 3 tears. Chance goes up by 5% for each new tear created near the opponent.
Starting off with Mori herself, I decided to base myself a little bit of what she can do in the fan game Holocure, having a fairly high crit rate and the ability to instakill foes. Since crit rate is usually a very undesired stat due to Painwheel Marquees and other fighters/SA's, I decided to give her a way to bypass them with a fair chance, and to pressure the opponent even more, inflicting death mark if the oponent blocks a would be critical hit. I also gave Mori her signature instakill as an added bonus if she is in a disadvantage state, but since Instas are usually broken without heavy restrictions, not only is it hard to activate, but also hard to hit, rewarding the player for good tear managment, as each extra tear adds to that chance of hitting the instakill. Overall Grim Rapper would have a decent attack stat and low hp, but would start out with a 5% resistance. She would be a deadly variant focused on pressuring your opponent and looking for chances to get the instakill, while at the same time potentially being a saving grace on defense because of her second SA, overall an amazing variant for PF and *offensive* Rifts but not so good for anything defense due to her low hp, even trying to make use of her Niche win condition.
Stats to invest in would be Crit rate, HP for extra survivability in case you make a mistake, Damage could potentially be her third stat, along with Piercing or crit damage depending on the build you would want to go for. Weaknesses would include specials disable, since a lot of her tear spawners come from her specials, and thorns, as while marquees and SA's are not always active, thorns are.

Name: Temporal Narciscist
Reference: Ouro Kronii (Hololive EN)
Rarity: Diamond
Element:Water
Following Mori, I kept on thinking of ideas based on Kronii's lore as a time warden, but in the end all I could think of was CLOCK, so I went with clock related abilities, her first SA was kind of a pun on a clock changing time (aka rotating) and a clip I saw of the youtubers Party Crashers with Vernias screaming "perfect rotation!", which got me to imagine a variant " rotating" in and out of combat with the remix, which so happened to fit what I wanted with Temporal Narciscist, her first SA would allow her to completely overclock her BB's giving her easy acess to Sehkmet and BB3's, but in order to give her more use I made it so any of your fighters can gain the 3 stacks of haste as long as they tagged in with Temp. Nar.(TN) and connect with the tag in. Only TN can gain the haste refresh, but it can allow her to continue the sehkmet onslaught. In tandem with this SA is her second SA, which makes it so that if TN is on the field when the timer hits a minute mark, she gains one of every buff, the buffs themselves would be timeless, allowing her to gain even more momentum on offense, using haste to continue chaining BBs, allowing TN to keep the buffs granted by the second SA, as 1 hit, even if invincible, will get rid of the buffs/2 hits when blocking. Since she can only gain these buffs while above 80% hp, the hp marquee is basically a must, as it can allow her to tag out and gain hp if another fighter dies, whether it be intentional or not. The combination of the two SA's turns her into a monster of an attacker as long as you time your attack /tag ins well. She has high attack and low hp to compensate, overall the lowest hp of the eliza diamonds. Overall she has the potential to be an all out attacker that can hit hard and fast, while being able to get out of trouble fairly easily via tag ins. Desired stats are either attack or HP, depending on if you want her to be able to tank hits or deal more damage, resistance and piercing, since she has so much meter gain already. Weaknesses would include BB disable, which shuts her down almost completely and hex.
SA 1: "PERFECT ROTATION" When tagging in or out of Temporal Narciscist and hitting the opponent on Tag in, the tagged in fighter gains 3 stacks of 10 second Haste. Refresh whenever an opponent dies to Sehkmet.
SA2: "When the clock strikes 1" Every 60 seconds, gain 1 of each buff as long as you are above 80% hp, (THIS VARIANT ONLY), buffs expire the moment you would take damage(every 2 blocked hits included).
Variant: Umbrella
Name: Wave Warrior
Reference: Gawr Gura (Hololive EN)
Rarity: Gold
Element:Water
SA1: "Purifying waters" Whenever you are near a puddle for more than 2 seconds, cleanse all debuffs and inflict slime on the opponent (10 seconds)
SA 2: "GAWR" when taking a hit that would be Fatal, ignore it, gain a 3 second invincibility, instanly reset Hungern to Ravanous and gain 5 stacks of permanent enrage.
A fairly straightforward variant, Wave Warrior(WW) would lean towards having higher hp and a balanced attack, since Umbrella is not really known for her attack stat anyways. Her first SA would be the one you normally use in most fights (unless you purposely try to activate her second SA) allowing her to get rid of any pesky debuffs and punish the opponent for gaining buffs, not giving the opponent any extra advantage. Her second SA reminds me of Shadow Puppet in that is acts as a final gambit. Her second SA would also be a reference to her much more powerful and feral alter ego, Gawr. It can allow you to turn the tables in a losing fight, the 5 stacks of enrage giving her a huge boost of attack power. Overall I think this variant can play both roles pretty well, from being a solid defender/buff cleanser to a desperate attacker which can also REGAIN HP with some BB's. Stats to invest in would probably be piercing/resistance, depending on how you want to use her, HP to keep her alive longer and gain more hp back when using "lifesteal" moves, and meter gain for easier acess to BB's.
