فحص نسبة الكرياتينين الي الميكروالبومين.
اهم تحليل لمرضي السكر والضغط.
This test measures minute amounts of albumin in the urine and is an early indicator of kidney damage, detecting kidney damage up to 5 years earlier than routine urine protein tests. It is used to identify diabetics at risk for nephropathy.

ماهو الفرق بين تحليل الألبومين وتحليل المايكروا ألبومين؟
تحليل الالبومين يقيس مستوي الالبيومين في الدم . بينما تحليل المايكروالبومين يقيس الكميات الصغيرة جدا من الالبومين الموجودة في البول بطريقة خاصة لمعرفة كفاءة الكلية
بولة فيها دم عند الجفاف والحرارة فقط و التحاليل تكون جيدة ماهي المشكلة دكتور على حسب رأيك
من فضلك لدي نسبة السكر HbA1c : 6٫4
ونسبة الالبومين: 38٫23 مغ/غ
ونسبة الكرياتنين : 10٫72 مغ/ل
ونسبة اليوري : 0٫23 غ/ل
هل هذه النسب تدعو للقلق؟؟..وهل يمكن القول أن الكليتين تضررت؟؟
. النسبة اعلي من الطبيعي. لذلك حاول ضبط مستوي الجلوكوز في الدم واعد القياس كل ستة اشهر

علما ان عينه البول ليست عشواييه بل ان بعد احثتفاظ البول حوالي اربع ساعات صباحا
هل نجمع العينه عشوائيه او نحتفظ بها لمده 24ساعه
يمكن القياس في العينة العشوائية مباشرة. او تجميع عينة علي مدار 24 ساعة ثم القياس فيها
what is the importance of albumin creatinine ratio in micro albumin urea and why it's better than estimation of micro albumin uria
This ratio confirms that kidney function is disturbed. Because microalbumin alone is affected by dilution of urine so it's result can be misleading .so that we compare it to something constant such as creatinine because body secret constant amount of creatinine every day in urine. So that if the ratio increases this indicates true increase in microalbumin value. Which indicates early kidney damage

@@clinicalpathology-dr.khali5827 is this still reversible? like my microalbumine to creatinine ratio is 32.39 mg/g but the normal laboratory range is < 22.12 mg/g.
Im prediabetic and was diagnosed with hypertension been 2 weeks now my BP had normalize to 110/80. nut Im still getting foamy urine.
عملت الحليل طلع 1300 ومرة 5000 وبعدها 48 وبعدها 175 ع التوالي خلال شهر للطفلة 12 سنة وتحليل السكر سلبي والضغط مفيش
لابد من قياس الكرياتين في البول مع micro albumin في نفس الوقت وعمل النسبة بينهم للتأكد من النتائج

النتيجة تعتبر طبيعية. المشكلة دائما تكون عن الزيادة عن 35
اذا كان proteinurie 10mg/l

لمريضة سكر هل هذا طيبعي ولا في مشكله في كلى

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ، هل تنظيم السكري سيؤدي الى الى انخفاض نسبة مايكروللبومين اللي كان سببه ارتفاع السكر
تنظيم السكري وضبط نسبة الجلوكوز بالدم يؤدي إلي توقف ايه اضرار في الكلية بمعني أنه لا مزيد من التكسير بها. أما الميكروالبيومين ممكن ينخفض إلى الطبيعي مرة أخري بشرط الاستمرار في ضبط السكري

Great explanation, How many reading is needed to confirm the diagnosis of microalbuminuria and if needed for more than once to confirm it, what are the time intervals to test it
single increase in microalbuminuria is concerning, you don't need to remeasure it again to confirm, you must find the cause of the microalbuminuria and start treatment, after treatment, microalbumin is measured to monitor successful treatment if microalbumin decreased to normal value

@@arsenaldream2156 he needs to adjust blood sugar and blood pressure because these are the cause of microalbuminuria . high blood glucose and blood pressure leads to changes in the kidneys which cause leakage of albumin. and if this continue for long period it will be harmful for the kidneys. and we use microalbumin test as early indicator in diabetics to prevent diabetic nephropathy (kidney damage due to diabetes). so that he must review with his doctor the dose of treatment for control of blood sugar

هل النتيجه دي طبيعيه ؟
وكم موجب على شريط تحليل بروتين البول سوف يكافئ هذه القيمه؟
العينة عشوائيه مأخوذه في المساء ولسيدة حامل في الشهر الثامن

HbA1c 6.9% and Microalbumin is 78.16 mg/L , is it serious? Is is treatable?

these results are above the normal value, HbA1c should below 5.5, microalbumin below 40. it is not serious right now, but if it continued for long time, it is harmful for kidneys. it is easily treated or adjusted by treating the high glucose level, and decrease the carbohydrates in your diet.

the way of eating not affect microalbumin level. microalbumin usually measure the kidneys health and the amount of the blood reach to it.
your level is slightly increase
be ware that hard exercise can increase it
hypertension can also elevate
and heart diseases
these all increase the blood to kidney and increase level in urine
but the highest increase caused by kidney disease
so you may check it again after 6 months if you do not have any of causes I mentioned before
so do not worry
all will be okay

My ACR level is 296. How to lower it?
Try to adjust your blood sugar if it is above the normal value . And you should measure Hba1c to check if there's an intermittent rise of blood sugar. If they are normal, try to scan the kidneys by ultra sound to detect any stone or abnormalities.

microalbumin is higher than normal. you need to measure urine creatinine with microalbumin at the same time to make ratio between them

do not worry. just examine your blood pressure and glucose. if you are not diabetic or hypertensive, then check your kidney function by measuring BUN, creatinine in the blood together with sonar to detect any change in kidney function

@@UmeshSingh-sl6ty why you measured microalbumin? are you diabetic? microalbumin is indicated mainly to detect any changes in kidney function in case of diabetes mellitus where its values can increase without any change in the urine examination or kidney parameters. you should make microalbumin: creatinine ratio, it will show if the increase of microalbumin is a true increase or it occurred due to change in amount of water excreted in the urine

microalbumin increase in the urine mainly due to hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (untreated). so that you must keep your blood sugar and blood pressure within normal limits. check every 3 months and adjust the dose of your drugs. because if microalbumin increased, it indicates beginning of kidney problems, which is not reversible. so that take care
