pile 4 made me shocked cause it's true. fear and doubt constantly cloud my thoughts and i can't be the best person i can be because of that
Pile 4: One thing that I am learning is that the idea of thoughts or feelings being "right" and "wrong" does not exist, truth only exists in our heart. I started observing my thoughts and feelings without judgement, there are thoughts that bring me ease and feed positive emotions and thoughts that bring me unease feeding negative emotions. That's all that there is. I am only now starting to realise anxiety is just an illusion, and there is some difference between healthy fear and unhealthy, irrational fear.
I've said it before in other videos and I'll say it again: the book "Mindfulness Meets Emotional Awareness" by Jenny Florence (a talented tarot reader on youtube) is really life-saving, its teachings combined to therapy are helping to claim back my power, connect to the present moment and so to the divine being that I am and we all are ❤

I lost a grandma who was really close to me a year after my brother went out of house wich was hard for me cause my father has ptsd and than my relationship broke plus my parents got deforced so I know all to well what hurt is. Hi, I was pile 2 and I’m a knitt-er and crochet-er and one of the most easy and basic things I do in order to *create and relax* is just crocheting a blanket with big, chunky yarn while binge-watching my favorite show, or CZcams channel, maybe eating a snack while I do so. It’s really easy because since the yarn is so big, you don’t have to crochet a lot and you still end up getting a very full blanket. Also crocheting blankets is easy because it’s the same stitch over and over and over again, so you don’t have to think and at the same time you’re creating something that will keep you warm and something that you can physically hold and be proud of.
