So duck confit is the duck meat that has been preserved and submerged in fat and slow cooked for a period of time, thus how the tender meat comes from. 😋😋😋
Hi Anita beside enjoying you videos I want to comments about French etiquette and guests services , so I learned something form you friend ,in united states if you work In the hospitality industry like hotels or restaurants you don't expect guests greeting you first, because in America customer are king the concept they are the one bring you business , when come to etiquette and cultures there's no right and wrong , because I works in the hospitality about more than 20 years have you heard term customer always right , personally speaking of course I disagree, wonder what are comments are, at meantime I always enjoy you channel
