Making great coffee is one thing, but making it while clearly explaining every action in detail, not to mention asynchronously (with less to no pause), that's a whole another level 👏
Thank you so much for this. You were so informative and kind about everything. Not only do I feel like I learned about the Mini, I felt as if I was being taught how to do everything. The second bit may not seem important but as someone who is new to the espresso/latte art world, this helped so much. Thank you!
You are definitely one of the greatest barista ever it’s logical with the teacher you got ! Dritan is the greatest I know from my self. Good work ! keep on !
You did good job. I wonder that you don't want your husband drink coffee but now you explain coffee machines!!! Your smile made my day. Because I do have Corona right now two weeks till now.
Oh no, I'm so sorry hearing you caught Corona! I hope you are well soon 🙏🏻 Thanks for your kind feedback, appreciate it! With regards to my man - we both love coffee but he just exaggerates with his coffee drinking 😄 Someone has to tell him haha All the best and be well soon ❤️
Brilliant video, I got my Linea Mini two weeks ago, still mastering it yet, my pucks are just a wee bit wet but beautiful coffee. I know you’ll appreciate the (wee) as you lived in Glasgow. Kind regards to you all (bump included) from Scotland 🏴. Johnny
Just love it❤️ now I have to make myself a coffee 😂 at the beginning when I got my coffee Maschine I had a problem to prepare the milk foam but could not find good video as yours now 😉 you two enjoy your coffee
Mam for a talented lady like you this itself is too late God bless you in your new venture may you shine always thanks god bless you have a safe delivery and healthy baby
That is very strong steam purge. Barely heard paper ripping sound and only took a few seconds to fill up the cup. Nice coffee machine. Does it show extraction time so you know how long you've extracted? That would be awesome.
Hi Marietta, great video - thanks for the intro to the Linea Mini. I was wondering if by any chance you still know where the glass you use for the flat white is from? It's beautiful!
I bought a Rancilio S27 an a Conti Club single portafilter, both about 150 Euro. The Conti from Monaco has a chromium plated back and looks fantastic. The Rancilio looks normal as good or as bad as the Marzocco. Both look like a building block. I like the design but it is not the only way a machine could be designed. The Rancilio coffee was very good the Conti came out horribly strong. The settings on the rotary pump (bypass valve) did not lower the pressure as it should. A potentiometer from the local hardware store reduced the pump speed an the portafilter-screw with the sieve has two flow through holes. One is now closed. The coffee pours out perfectly smooth. No need to pay some thousands for a fancy Marzocco with a funny one/off-switch and the baby will have something to eat and some clothes to wear. The temperature control on the Marzocco is better. A dual boiler outperforms a Hx-system but the results are not so different just more consistent. It's true that I had to throw away many coffee-shots of my Conti machine until it worked. There is no technical background needed to unplug a cable from the pump add in a potentiometer or closing a whole of a sieve on a screw that everyone has to open when servicing the machine to get the dirt out.
Congrats for the channel! That machine looks beautiful! I got a question for you: how recommended is it to preheat the cup with the steam wand? Is it something you would do sometimes, or if you decide to preheat you do it another way? Thanks, and greagings from México, (were you guys watched me prepare a cup from my home grown plant 😂).
Hey Edgar, thanks for your kind comment and feedback! Well, I like to pre-heat the Espresso cup at times yes :-) Yet not with the steam wand but I use the hot tea water from the tank, fill up the Espresso cup, let it sit for a while and after getting rid of the water make sure to directly make the Espresso :) Still find it so cool that you get to grow your own coffee 👌🏻Hope you and your plants are doing just fine ;-)
Hi Mariette Alsela, I am a big fan of coffee and coffee accessories. I love the black coffee glass that you put on the La Marzocco Linea Mini so so so much. So may I please ask where did you get it from? Thank you so much.
Mariette you're so beautiful 💕💕 Please start doing family vlogs when your little babyy comes... It'd be pretty cool to watch you dritan and you're little baby in funny vlogs❤️❤️
No question this is a top of the line machine. It doesn't get much better than this for the home. Which makes it surprising there isn't a pid with a shot timer in view. I understand there is a shot timer kit one can install. Not sure if it is a third party device. In any case a big miss I believe. One should not have to jump to the GS3 for a timer. Especially for the steam wand I believe a lever works better than a knob. So while this is the ultimate machine to buy there are a few things that might hold me back from purchasing it.
@@Mariettealsela thanks for the reply ,have you guys noticed any difference in coffee taste when using bottled vs regular tap filtered water ? Some say bottled water has no minerals or magnesium which boosts up the flavor ?
you should‘ve mentioned the app and connectivity. you can control the pid and the pre infusion time via app. also you can turn the machine on and off and plan this. just saying.
Hi Casey, well we do have two Rockets as well and many other machines as well in our coffee school. We switch machines every now and then and try them in our home as well. Have you tried the Linea Mini yourself?
I noticed the Appartamento and the R58 in your shop. But Mariette, seriously, where did you and Dritan get the funds for all the espresso machines??! It’s gotta be worth over $100,000 usd! Did you pay cash or do you lease the machines? I’ve never seen so many amazing espresso machines under one roof!
You know that La Marzocco sponsors to baristas with CZcams channels so we mortals buy them right? Also people may come from money or they’ve worked for it… On other note, it is a great introduction to the Linea Mini and explanation was excellent! 👏

Good job , thanks for the lesson . Bless you guys ❤️
very concise explanation, and straight to the point. Very well done

Great love machine
Very concise and informative. Do you think this model could be used in a small commercial shop? Thank you

Nice video. I thought there was no pre-infusion on the linea mini but only pre-brewing ?
Have you tried the mobile app, you can setup all the temps and pre-infusion. I'm thinking about getting this machine. Very nice looking in black.
Congratulation both of u
Love the channel and love you and Dritan! Our live together was so much fun
Thanks so much Dylan ☺️ Hope you are well!!

Nice video Mariette, how many Oz is the flat white glass you used.
Well done and great review. Although I'll only be able to try it in Coffee Heaven.

Love the Video Thank you very much. Those are nice drinkware what is the name of the brand?
Is linea mini dualboiler? If it's not how long you have to wait to warm it up?
Great videos. Why none anymore? Please keep on.
Hi! Fellow barista here. Does this machine have an inbuilt timer or do you manually time your extractions? Thanks!
Hi Giorgia ☺️ You have to time manually, no built in timer ☺️ Thanks for watching!!! 🙏
Which scale are you using (to weigh the tared portafilter coffee dose)?
That is like the Rolex of home espresso machine. Such a dream to own one.
You're a native English speaker ! I thought you were from Germany 😂 😂
How long have you been drinking quality espresso : since I was 2 months old
Good first video
Thank you Chris ☺️

GS3 MP in background too?? Why both?
Awesome 😍♥️👌🏻
If it had a timer it would be the best machine in the world.

How do you guys filter water ?
Hey there, well for our home espresso machines we either use bottled water at home - in our school we use the BWT ROC Coffee System.
@@Mariettealsela thanks for the reply ,have you guys noticed any difference in coffee taste when using bottled vs regular tap filtered water ? Some say bottled water has no minerals or magnesium which boosts up the flavor ?
I had to decide between a new car or this coffee mashine
so i bought the coffee mashine
I noticed that you didn't wipe the portafilter basket

This machine would have been awesome if it had flow control.
Pass auf dich und dein Baby auf 😊
Danke ☺️ Das werde ich ☺️
Why do you Ned two machines ?
you always steam your milk first then pull the shots after!
Nice kid
Did you really pay $5,150 for it?? Why not the Rocket?!

You have no furniture or pictures on the wall or nothing, no doubt spent all your $ on the machine hahaha great latter tho!
