    What I learnt from the video is, for maximum strength and reliability use chemical with mechanical anchoring.

    Excellent explanation...just a help the word adhesive is ad-hes-i- ve like vest its not ad-hes-i-ue...I cant speak another language so respect to you. English is very hard and confusing I am explaining dough (flour and water) and doe (baby rabbit or baby deer) to my grandaughter sound identical totally different meaning.
