- On November 24, 1963, Dallas, Texas, police were transferring Lee Harvey Oswald, who had been arrested for assassinating President John F. Kennedy two days earlier, from one jail to another. A crowd of journalists, photographers, and police crowded around in the jail's basement garage, and watched as Oswald was led out and was about to be placed in a police car. Suddenly, Jack Ruby, an owner of a Dallas nightclub, stepped forward, drew a gun, and killed Oswald.
Riot guns. All vehicles searched. Secret routes. Every precaution taken. Extraordinary security. HELLO Jack Ruby!

I was 9 years old in January 1963 and i turned on the television that Sunday morning November 24 1963 to watch cartoons and found this LIVE!!! and stopped to watch for a few minutes , boy was i SURPRISED to SEE!!! the SHOOTING !!! I read the doctors tried and almost saved him
@@daviddowns7552 one of the doctors said that he had stabilized and his vitals were looking good and then all of a sudden he just crashed and took a turn for the worse. The late David Lifton, of Best Evidence fame, actually came to believe that one of the doctors at Parkland was in on it and was compromised and injected an air bubble into his IV or something like that. I believe in the autopsy it actually had down something about him getting an air bubble into his system or something like that. I know that right after he was shot they brought some paramedic or something over to him that started trying to do chest compressions or something and apparently that's a big no-no for a gun shot victim. So possibly, accidentally or intentionally, things like these could have been what ultimately killed him and maybe he could have survived the gun shot.
Moving Oswald in the daytime (for the Benefit of Hollywood apparently it was reported) was a foolish thing to do. But no more foolish than having 6 convertible limos drive through downtown Dallas with both POTUS, VPOTUS, and the Governor of Texas with an extremely limited group of Secret Service and Police.

It was a Sunday. I was ten. I was playing in my Dad's Buick. Messing around. My dad came out the front door saying Oswald had been shot on live TV. Damn, I missed it!
There is an extremely clear cut out of footage at 8:54 . The video feed is very clear and continuous to that point, no sign of Oswald. then a body appears in screenshot at 8:55 then at 8:56 Oswald appears then at 8:58 the gun is fired. That’s all impossible within 3 seconds. Important footage has clearly been removed from this film.

In all the videos excerpts of this NBC feed, all in different conditions decay ie second generation video committed to film to original 30 FPS pre digital conversion to 25 FPS, there has always been the famous 3 second long car horn followed by Ike Papas (then working for a local New York radio station, later for CBS network) …. car honk “there’s the prisoner, do you have anything to say in your de… quick car honk …fence? Bang. Just before this happens, the camera turret changed to a shorter focal length. All of that is missing. Bill Becker was the guy at the horn. He had tight connection with Ruby and Joseph Civillo of the Dallas.

So police told everyone that somebody was going to shoot Oswald during this transfer so they were taking extra precautions. Such as multiple searches. And then Oswald entered to killzone where he was slaughtered.

Dallas cops couldn't give enough security to Oswald in that VERY short walk from the police building to the waiting armored car . People say Kennedy entered a killing zone when he entered Dealey Plaza , and that's most likely true, but Oswald, too, entered a killing zone the moment he came out of the police station. Oswald wasn't going anywhere but to his execution , courtesy of the Mob, JackRuby, AND some in the Dallas Police. Perfect time to get Oswald, perfect shot, and perfect way to silence someone who knew much more about the assassination / hit job.

just a word about Jim Lavelle,the man with the white hat cuffed to Oswald.years later he became a local celebrity,traveling all over the country to hold interviews.i met him a couple of times and he was a thoroughly nice person.(by that time he was in his 80s).he died a couple of years ago at age 99.
He also stated that he could not believe Oswald was so cool under this much pressure being accused of 2 extremely high stake murders.

Years ago, I watched a TV documentary about Nostradamus in which they seem to suggest that Nostradamus predicted an assassination of an American president, that being Kennedy. I feel that Nostradamus is largely a hoax. To make such a prediction, in 16th century Europe, one would have to know about a city called Dallas, a state called Texas, and a country called the United States of America, which of course did not come into the 1960s form of existence until 300 years later. Not a chance in hell, that anyone in 16th century Europe could foresee the world of 1963 A.D.

Another strange detail at 01:03, the journalist reports that the Dallas Police said that they would not use any of the 3 main routes to the Dallas County Jail. Why in the world does the police share this information knowing they received death-threats against Oswald over the phone? Captain Fritz later told the WC that they would have not used the armoured vehicle (that would be used as a decoy) but a normal car. Was it a back-up plan to get him killed during the transfer if Ruby failed?
