The guy with the LTD Eagle is the actual singer of this song. The band Powersurge is covering his track and he is guest here. His name is George Lincoln D'Costa. He is the riff machine of Bangladesh and considered as the James Hatfield of Bangladesh.
That’s not any LTD Eagle. It is a LTD Snakebite, the same signature model used by James Hettfield except James's one is an ESP Snakebite. Lincoln vai is a huge fan of Hettfield and Metallica.

Bangladesh world classi best metal rock band " WAREFAZE" 1991 first album
While the song and the cover were great and well executed, I can completely understand the criticism about the sound mixing and engineering. Rarely do you see these TV sound engineers in BD get it right for live studio performances.
Yes, there was no audience as it was made for tv which is why you can't expect a concert sound and attitude from the band.
