- On northbound I-39 at milemarker 109. This woman had been speeding up, slowing down, and weaving all over for a couple miles distance while catching up with me. When she passed me, she was still doing the same things. I saw that she was messing around with her phone, stuff in her center console, her passenger seat, and her dog, all while not paying attention to her driving. Then she nearly caused the big one. After which she sped off so no one could get her license plate.
