  • The Trifecta: Quitting Drinking, Cocaine & the Punt
Angus Wood is a 25 year old knock about bloke from Melbourne, who not too long ago didn't think he'd still be here at all; let alone creating the positive change he is now.
Gus has struggled intensely with his mental health since his late teens, going down a dark path of drug and gambling addiction.
By the age of 23, it was either going to be the end or a new beginning - thankfully everything started to change when Gus sent a txt to a mate asking for help.
Now nearly 2 years sober, Gus is running his own mental health movement 'The Lost and Found Project' and sharing his story to show others a better life is possible if you make it happen.

Thank you brother. I’m at dark place rn, just relapsed recently after a month of not drinking and gambling. Watched this until the end and it was really touching as i’m in a similar mental place. I know this time it will be different because I am better than to let my addictions control me. Thankful I spent one hour watching this than doing something else.

Thanks for taking the time to watch mate. Gus relapsed 6 times before he got it right. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. Keep trying, ask for help and know that life won’t always be this way if you take action

I had no idea it’s so socially acceptable in Australia. It is not a ok drug. I used just like this gentleman I can relate to him so much. I was a weekend warrior holding 2 jobs and no one knows. The drug reined my life socially financially and physically!!! It is not a joke even weekend use is very bad do to the decision making it makes you do. It completely makes you decision making go down the gutter

Agreed. It might seem ok when you start, but for some it leads to giving up everything else in your life.
