It used to be 2-3yrs for brand new ones, but now it’s just within a year, depends on the what company you order it from and who got the biggest LTV inventory. We ordered ours from Van City Las Vegas in Jan 2023, they started building it around Nov, took 4-5 weeks to build and picked it up 2nd week of January 2024.
