If you don't get any seat, you will get back the money.
If you get a seat and you don't join, you will lose the money.

College and hostel in the same campus. It’s located adjacent/ backside of central bus stand. Five minutes from central railway station.
Hospital is in a separate campus, about 5 minutes by two wheeler drive.

No one can predict. Don't waste time in predictions.
Participate in R2 and give your preferred colleges at the top of your choices. But, if you want a seat this year, you should add more colleges to your choices.

Look at state prospectus. So far, most of the states' prospectus says "no upgrade" in round 3.

If you have joined round 1 seat, that's it. You have it with you until another college is allotted to you. You won't get any notification.

Last year, they charged Rs.3,24,246/- (per year) + hostel. Not sure about the fees for 2023

What to do getting 590 marks wuth 35k rank this year
Try your own state government colleges. Or, go for colleges with lower fees like Kerala private colleges or Karnataka private colleges or CMC Ludhiana.

Not true. To get into popular colleges, you need marks and money. In less popular colleges, yes, if you have money and a pass mark, that's sufficient.
