Yeah. But if u've connected ur old acc to any other devices (rather than ur old device) then u can generate code and u can link to ur new device.

If ur account is still connected to FB then u can try again and transfer ur acc to new devices but if u already deleted ur acc or u reset ur profile then it cannot be recovered.
