Very cool idea. I do worry about our halis after how hard they’ve been hammered this year. I’ve been fishing here my entire life and have never seen such insane pressure on our bay-spawning halibut.

That was an epic day. Wasn’t in the tournament. Launched before the tourney started at 6:45. Had my limit by 7:20 caught and released about 16 keepers the rest of the day. Had a triple hookup w/ my buddies then called another kayaker over and boom quadruple hookup. It was crazy.
