first of all this is a Kent Knot, witch is also known as Small Knot or Oriental Knot.
Second Ermenegildo Zegna is not pretending to come up with any of these knots. Zegna is just making tutorials how to tie your tie

it's not a four in hand as the tie starts reversed and comes true as it is tied where as a four in hand does not start reversed. they are also not claiming to of invented the knots as this is an old knot they are just showing people how to tie them
