I forgot to mention that (for those who don't know), u can unlock boss rush by collecting 3 feathers of Valkryja. Valkryja is a new npc where u can spend around 50 coins to but a feather from her, and after collecting 3 feathers, valkryja will stay in the garden forever. Each day u can enter boss rush maximum 3 times, and each time requires a feather, after buying the first 3 feathers, u can only collect feather by completing challenges. If u don't see valkryja in the garden even if u already bought 3 feathers, its because u haven't completed a game once yet.
ps: if ur soul knight is updated to 2.2.2 (the newest version), this no longer works, the shadow clones of assassin can no longer hold weapons with red names :/

Indeed!, but it still Killable with 3Nukes and left rest to DPS take em out!. dont try Activate challenge with Dwarfism handicap + Badass mode!. its rlly dangerous not only ur dmg bit reduced, but also your Armor and HP!, also there is actually another OP combo included Wizard's new skill. try use make Thunder sword by fuse fire and frost blade it will cause 2super annoying debuff freeze and stun!. skill only need whenever bosses got out of control or cancel their projectile and just normal atk em from close range for almost perma stun and get electrified dmg!.

I think the reason to One Punch kill every boss in one hit is because it doesn't deal 999 damage, it deals way more, but the game's code can show just 3 numbers for each item's damage, thus 999 is not one punch's true damage, but rather a portion of It. Hope i helped

You can use the Ghost King's Crown with Super Buddy so Val leader doesn't turn invis and the same with the Ghost King. I found it to be a bit easier but it is a little waste of resources.
Phantom king's Extra crown doesn't make you invincible right?

I think the answer to your question is that the the bosses in boss rush mode are elite, buffed, bigger, tougher, or whatever u wanna call on it while in normal mode they are just default type..That's why they tank three super buddies

I think, 999 is the largest number in the game, but it does more damage than 999, so one punch can do 10.000 damage but that number is imposible.

Yo creo que el "one punch" hace mas de 999 de daño, pero los números en el conteo de daño alcanzan solo hasta el 999. Es por eso que a pesar de que los dos "super buddy" juntos hagan 1000 de daño, puede que el "one punch" tal vez haga 10000 o 100000 de daño, pero el indicador de daño no pueda mostrar esos números.

I think the super buddy's damage depends on how close you are to the center of the blast.
The further you are from that center of the blast, the lesser the damage.

I think the Super Buddy is an easter egg to the time a gameboy survived a bomb blast, because it can't kill any boss without 2 of them.
The reason for one Punch doing 999 damage is in fact that it does -2147483648 damage if it is 32 bit, however, because the number is too big to fit the weapon info bar, it is shortened to 999 damage when in fact its max

BJ did u realize there was a symbol just like baddas mode travel but it act bit different yes ALL Normal Bosses can is enough to killed with just 2 Super Buddy in Normal mode (Dungeon), and some 3 like some tanky bosses on world3. but in Boss rush mode that kinda act different on world1 all need 2Super Buddy. world2 some need 3, and world3 need 3 on most all Bosses bcuz per floor their HP also increased!. thats why i recomend doing this with Shield and will be so lucky if you find Paladin statue buff just to escape the lethal laser you cant see bcuz the flash of the nuke!, i've tried this on Badass mode + i got Slower atk speed but increase dmg challenge handicap. it actually ABSOLUTE Nightmare. but also very effective killing every bosses in few sec!. just the bomb land slower...but it deal total like 1500 initial dmg and also plus a DPS from poison is enough!

Scatter bullet buff/ increase Shotgun bullets will increase the number of poison puddles!, bcuz it similar act as Meteor from Star shooting staff it'll call more meteors (Goblin priest's weapon)
8:24 the number limit on the damage section is 999 but the real damage is over that and might be infinite therefor this strange thing happens.
Know this is a bit late but as you said it's your shadow clone jitsu if you've watched Naruto you learn shadow clones have a fraction of the power of the original, so having 2 shadows would give each one a fourth of your power.

I meant that there was a small patch shortly after the discovery of this strategy removing the ability for assassin clones to be able to use red named weapons, but I did not know that a new update was released (to add the ability for assassin clones to hold certain red named weapons)

BJ-Soul Knight actually the bug may be fixed because the time i was playing it (basically update came out the day before i played it) the coffee gave me projectile speed instead of fire rate based on wiki but wiki says its now fixed but for me before it was projectile speed. So idk if the time you played was before the bug fix or not. But if that 8% projectile speed worked on super buddy would be pretty good

Don't worry too much about Varkolyn leader or Volcanic sandwort going invisible, Volcanic sandworm doesn't do it instantly and Varkolyn leader has to summon those tentacles to cast a poison field to hide in. Also be mindful that the two crystal crabs can go into regenerate mode, essentially giving them invincibility
I can now forge a one punch . But after seeing what super buddy can do......with assassin's new ability..........😱😱😱😱. If we miss one punch by wrong hit it's useless

The One Punch weapon actually deals more than twice as much as 999. The game can only display that many digits. The Super Buddy is a special case because it deals exactly 1000 damage. The One Punch deals more. Btw thanks for the tip was extremely cool

999 is probably the max number they could make be used and couldn’t be higher, it deals infinite damage
The one punch weapon's strength is immesurrable by some simple numbers (chillyroom probably watched opm and understood the point)
2 of the nuclear bomb deals 1000 because it count in the gas/poison too(like,if the boss take damage for all the gas/poison effects)
The infinite nuke tactic has been fixed
One punch (red) deal 999 damage at first attack, then become white and deal 9 damage from second attack. But your duplicate shadow only use one punch white.
The reason 'one punch' can kill any boss in one punch because it is THE ONE PUNCH!
With the whole one punch/super buddy damage thing you were talking about. In boss rush, even in normal mode, all bosses are elite (have double health)
The one punch can kill all boss is because you can punch once and is godly that is why it is 999 damage. They put it because it’s a bug that forgot to remove it.

Im very sure the one punch has the maximum damage that the gamecan register on a weapon, but when coming to kill a boss i think it does a hit box that covers the room and does the same amount of damage as the health pool of the enemie
For example a bos with let's say 1200 health will get hit with a 1200 damage hit.

In the new version it will ask u to get a poison buff if not it won't launch but u can and ur clones cant
Its because some bosses have many lives than 1000 life points,but our buddy dont have critical chance,but one punch has a critical chance,so if the critical doesnt come out,you cant kill some boses once like anubis
Supper buddy is explosive,(critical means more fire damage)but one punch is knife(critical means 2X damage)
