Thank you for sharing you showed me a few easier ways to do them from how I was doing them, like the idea on sealing it back up not close to the edge and the rubber band is cheaper than those other balloons. Tfs❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much 😊. Yes you can ship these. Just make sure you pack it real good. I would highly recommend when you make your balloon gift basket to let it sit for a couple of days before you try to ship it, so that you can make sure no air comes out.
