Yes that's exactly what they need they need someone to get up in their face and talk real tough to them but let them know what they really need to do and let them know that he's not playing and he will come in there and fix that interior because that's what it is an interior problem because when Dan Quinn was coaching he wasn't really talking to them in coaching them like a real Coach he was coaching them like he was their buddy like they best friend and that's what they don't need they don't need nobody to be their best friend they need somebody to help that's going to come in here that really care about him and teach them and show them that they really want to help them to really win.

FACTS. The problem wasn't Quinn, it was the interior of that D line. They couldn't stop anyone
And they didn't have any LBs
when Woodson says "middle" - I read that as DL AND ILB. More of the "spin" than just the two DTs
You do realize it was Quinn who had Jerry sign LB’s that are really big safeties. Not to mention Dan wanted to go with fast guys on the line, and he never really liked big guys.

They can't because of salary cap issues. Dak, Zeke, Martin, already take up a lot of room with the salary cap. He's gonna have to give CeeDee his money once his contract comes up, His gonna have to sign Bland once his contract comes up, same for Micha Parsons as well. The only team that would let All pros go and sign somewhere else and it worked was The New England Patriots. But Brady and Bellichek were the X factors for that team.

Zimmer was a great DC, any time you have two corners that 1. Diggs leads the league in interceptions and in his third season becomes a corner you dont throw áa often is a sign if a good DC. 2. Anytime your number 1 corner goes down and your back up corner leads the NFL in int's AND leads the league in pick sixes is a good DC. Micha Parsons already has 34 sacks in 3 seasons. The only thing that hurt the Cowboys in the post season was, against SanFran their offense was a no show, which isnt his fault, and also against Greenbay they couldnt stop the running game with one linebacker. That wasn't his fault that Cowboys just didnt go out and get someone to play LB'er once LVE went down.
