- Super colourful, fresh and vibrant rice paper rolls. The recipe for these rainbow spring rolls isn't so much a recipe as it is a piecing together of lots of different ingredients. I'm showing you how to make the bright yellow egg strips, crispy tofu and pickled cabbage but you can fill your rolls with whatever you like.

Yum ! All the colourful veggies look so good. I normally roll a wooden board and never really had any problems with the stickiness. But yes these rolls can get very sticky & messy 😂

Great question! They can! You can keep them for a few hours in the fridge with damp paper towel directly on top and then cling film over top of that ☺️ I used to make rolls similar to this for weddings and large events and we would store them like that if we had to travel to a venue with no issues! hope this helps.

if the wobbily chopping board bothers you, you can lay a cloth under the chopping board, but if it doesn't, ignore me :)
