Rice Paper Rolls | Recipe for Rainbow Spring Rolls (+ Bare Knives Review)

  • Super colourful, fresh and vibrant rice paper rolls. The recipe for these rainbow spring rolls isn't so much a recipe as it is a piecing together of lots of different ingredients. I'm showing you how to make the bright yellow egg strips, crispy tofu and pickled cabbage but you can fill your rolls with whatever you like.

    The last time my wife and I made spring rolls I put ALL of the wraps in water at once (together as a big group)... we had to find places around the house to individually dry the wraps haha.

    Yum ! All the colourful veggies look so good. I normally roll a wooden board and never really had any problems with the stickiness. But yes these rolls can get very sticky & messy 😂

    Can they be eaten an hour or so after preparing or have to be eaten fresh?

      Great question! They can! You can keep them for a few hours in the fridge with damp paper towel directly on top and then cling film over top of that ☺️ I used to make rolls similar to this for weddings and large events and we would store them like that if we had to travel to a venue with no issues! hope this helps.

    First of all: learn to cut (to work properly with a knife).
