What is your favorite thing about the Wynn? Is it the best Hotel in Las Vegas?
We have never been further than right inside the main entrance in 2014. I really need to take time to come explore this beautiful property. Thanks for the tour Have a great weekend
Encore is, but Wynn is most certainly slightly behind it at #2 (and they're sister resorts anyway so regardless life is fantastic if you're staying at either) 🙂
As for my favorite thing about the Wynn specifically: I think it has to be their Lake Of Dreams Show. I feel it is a very underappreciated attraction on the Strip with how the Bellagio Fountains, Bellagio Conservatory and Mirage Volcano Show consume all the focus and attention and while I love all of them and objectively think the Bellagio Conservatory is the #1 Strip Attraction overall and Mirage Volcano Show #2.............I can't help but feel the Lake Of Dreams is underrated by default because of how little appreciation it gets by comparison.
My top honorable mention (EVERYTHING about Wynn is an honorable mention) would probably be their Spa. It was thoroughly renovated in 2019 and is just absolutely stunning and breathtaking and is a must-see even if you don't have a specific reservation there.
@@vegastocaliyes! Go see the Lake of Dreams show with Lil Cali!
@@MACMAMI We love Encore too but feel like the casino area is a bit small. But many might prefer that! I feel like more of the restaurants and attractions are at Wynn. I totally agree about the Lake of Dreams show! It's underrated and never crowded. It takes effort to get back there and not all that easy to find. So sad that the Volcano is going away at Mirage to make way for the Hard Rock guitar tower. I will miss it! Good to know about the spa! I don't visit the spas in Vegas (I'm too cheap) but I'm sure it's just as amazing as the rest of the hotel!
@@UpUpOurWay yes! We were going to in May but we didn't have the proper shoes for the restaurant 😆Next time hopefully
Me and my wife absolutely love love love Wynn. Yes it's absolutely gorgeous, but we've also had the most amazing customer service there. One year we went for our anniversary, the front desk host asked us if we staying for a special occasion, so mentioned it... later in the evening we received chocolate strawberries and a small bottle of champagne, along with a note, complimentary. Now understand, we are very low rollers as they come... and maybe it was just the host... but every place we went in there, always first class no matter your status. BUT, it's not the cheapest when you get that level or service.
That is amazing! It’s definitely not normal in Las Vegas!
The Wynne is gorgeous. Of all the grandeur, the thing that still sticks in my mind is the butterfly sculptures outside of the butterfly carpeted entrance. They just lifted my spirit at a moment that I needed it.
I agree about the butterflies. They’re beautiful and so colorful!
Thanks, Melissa and Enrique 👍
Thank you Lloyd and Marla!
The Wynn, out of my price range but, maybe someday 😊
I completely feel this. We had to figure out a "cheap" day to book for this review and even then it's not so cheap!
I love y’all so much and love y’all videos
Thank you Isaiah!
Wynn & Encore are definitely my favorite properties when it comes to class and opulence!
The only drawback is the location; it’s a bit far from center strip.
But regardless, I love staying at these properties. I’ve there a few times in both towers. I can’t wait to stay there again and do a vlog about it 😂
Also, I am so excited to see what the Encore renovated rooms will look like! The rooms there are larger so I can only imagine how lovely they’re going to look once they’re updated.
I love the style of these hotels so much that my previous home was decorated to mimic the ambiance of these gorgeous properties.
This is such a great video. Thank you guys for making it. And hopefully I get to meet you soon in Vegas. ❤
Thanks Jake! Yes, both the Wynn and Encore are great! It feels special to stay in either one. OMG you decorated your house like Wynn? I love that! Hope you do come say hi if we are in town on your next trip. Thanks!
luv the video. especially the ending☺️ enjoy your weeekend, amigos' take care
LOL Super Mario... I mean Tetris! haha!!! Thanks Yvonne
I would love to play golf there. The emoji from the Sphere would be Lmao at my golf game the whole time 😂😂🤣 . Overall that hotel is very nice. I would love to stay there. Good review Enrique & Melissa 👍🏻👍🏻
I think the sphere would get mad at me for hitting such terrible shots! But, if I had any game at all, I would LOVE to play there. What an experience. I'm sure it's VERY $$$!
You have such wonderful, amazing & great video’s!! Happy Friday. 😊♥️
Thank you for the kind words, Em!
The entire video was great, but the restaurant breakdown was AWESOME!!! It was the perfect amount of information. Name, Type of Food, Price Range
Thank you! It’s so much to fit into a relatively short video, but you need a little info 😃
Thanks for showing the Wynn! I want to stay here, it’s a beautiful resort.
It's just so gorgeous. I had forgotten how nice it really is. Doing these videos really makes you explore
Great video guys. :)
Thank you Peter!!!
Thanks guys! Enjoyed the video and info! Have a great evening! 💜💜
Thanks gma Joanne! I hope you have a great weekend!
Another outstanding video and reviewed from a outstanding influencer.looking good Melissa and thank you didnt skip the advertisement.
Thank you Cai and another thank you for watching the ads! 😂🤣
( If one has points/ $$$$ to splurge ) The Wynn is a Win-Win! "Fancy! Fancy! Fancy!" I ❤ "kitty corner" over catty corner! Enjoyed this video!
It is a Wynn Wynn!!! You know it! It's so fancy, I just wanted to stay there and not go home 😞
@@UpUpOurWay Y'all are the best! ☺☺
I HAVE STAYED AT WYNN ITS BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BUT I HAVE STAYED AT ENCORE SEVERAL TIMES AND ITS BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL ALSO. I LIKE ENCORE A LITTLE BETTER BECAUSE ALL ROOMS AT ENCORE ARE SUITES. I ENJOYED MYSELF AT BOTH HOTELS
Thank you for this wonderful journey to the Wynn World. You have been blessed with beautiful appearance, great communication skills, and a loving spirit!
Thank you Art! 😃
I love you Wynn resort
Thank you Melissa & Enrique.
Thank you H Shaw!
Great video!
Thank you Niecy!
You're welcome!@@UpUpOurWay
The best luxury ever and so consistent thank you👏👏
This is true!
Stay their twice a year !!! THE BEST
Lucky! We're in Vegas every two weeks and need to save $$$, so this is a splurge for us. But I might find tricks to stay here again soon 🙂
I agree completely, I will be staying there later this spring
Have the best time David!
Great video, liked the comedy at the end 😂 I remember that little tune, but I can’t come up with which game that actually was lol.
Thanks Michele! It’s a me, Mario!
Great video
Thanks!
The Wynn is a really nice place, I hope to stay there as well one day.
I don't know, Neil. You may have to switch your Waldorf plans to Wynn! Or break up the trip!
Place is #1. Last month we stayed at the Tower Suite there, place was immaculate. We actually got free upgrade to the Tower Suite just off a $20 tip at check in.
Wow! That’s a great upgrade! 😃
Wynn is gorgeous. I’ve had 4 stays there. It’s number one. It doesn’t always fit in my budget, but when I can stretch it to stay at Wynn, I’m glad I did.
Coming back this year to Vegas, I’ll have 4 nights at the Plaza then 2 nights at Wynn. I can’t wait.
That's just it, you stay there when you can, but it can't always be every stay or the entire trip. I am sure you will cherish your two nights this year!
Where are you standing with the golf course in the background?
Right outside of the clubhouse/banquet room. They let us go out on the patio to look at the course 🙂
Great video! Huge improvement in video and audio.
Thank you Ryan! 😃
I haven't seen and experienced the Fontainebleau with my own two eyes yet, so I'll reserve my verdict on them until I stay there in May and whether they are a legit contender for the Best Of Strip Crown.................but until Fontainebleau is factored into my ranking, I unequivocally think Encore is the #1 Best Strip Resort and Wynn #2. 🥰
They've simply set the gold standard in terms of customer service experience. I genuinely love plentiful other resorts on the Strip: especially Mandalay Bay, Palazzo, Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan (I also think the Sahara is highly underrated)................but for as truly fantastic as those resorts all are in their own right, one thing they ARE lacking in is that sort of emotion you feel where you genuinely feel right at home and absolutely comfortable no matter where you are within the resort. The Cosmopolitan can feel too synthetic, the Bellagio feels too grandiose and over-the-top, Palazzo can get too crowded, Mandalay Bay is a bit sprawling................where you still get a great overall experience out of any of those resorts, but you nonetheless undeniably still feel like a tourist in a strange, foreign space rather than particularly comfortable. With Encore and Wynn, on the other hand, I just feel at ease everywhere I wander there and while much of that can be attributed to their otherworldly customer service across the board that, for as lavishly high-end and luxurious as the resort obviously is, is in the same breath absolutely gregarious, approachable and not -condescending in the slightest..............I feel it can be equally attributed to the incorporation of natural light throughout the casino and the atrium: which gives the whole resort a warm, intimate, inviting vibe. And there's no other resort on the Strip that elicits that specific feeling in me: which only further underscores and punctuates the brilliance of Wynn's legacy (as an architect and visionary specifically, mind you) . 😊
So yeah: it's a no-brainer Encore/Wynn are the best and still absolutely worth staying there! 😍
They each have their own type of emotion. Bellagio is still sort of that classic luxury, but it's just too crowded. I like Palazzo and Venetian, but they don't feel quite as nice. We LOVE Cosmo, but it's a more modern luxury. I think that we look at details making these videos, I appreciated Wynn in a new way and really felt like they pay attention to the details.
FountainBleu can’t touch Wynn. I would compare FountainBleu to Resorts World, very nice hotel but not in same league as the Wynn.
@@UpUpOurWay I do understand that the Wynn and Encore are "grower" resorts to some specific types of visitors: especially for those who are used to more specific theming. Wynn and Encore really don't have an obvious theme, so I do get why it can tend to be taken for granted and overlooked at first among plentiful Vegas tourists. But because I'm a sucker for butterflies, Asian art and flourishes, and the colors red, gold and black anyway, I was won over more instantaneously. 😊
@@California_Poker I'm just aspiring to give it a fair shake and make a concerted effort to be as neutral as can be from the minute I step into the Fontainebleau onward.
They've definitely been at the center of some embarrassing, chaotic press in its first month of operation, and much of it is self-inflicted in my opinion. That said, I'm willing to cut them some slack and hope they can iron out those creases from here on out and take these early speed bumps as genuine learning experiences and transition into peak pool season in Vegas on a more steady, encouraging note. I'll have my own take this May for sure.
I Agree love it
It's just beautiful. Thanks Carol!
I just booked a stay at Encore for late March. WynnCore is the best! Great video!
WynnCore, love that! They are both incredible!
Lovely video ! Thanks to you, The Wynn is now a top contender as our next resort stay in Las Vegas. Plus their buffet is super highly rated as far above par over other high-end buffets there too. May I ask when their pools open and close - the season per se ? Thanks again !
I hope you love it. It’s a special hotel. They pools should be open March to November. 😃
@@UpUpOurWay We sill definitely come in March-April and thank you so much for your prompt and most appreciated reply !!! m.
It is a beautiful resort. Would love to stay there. But out of my price range 😥. It really has everything u need. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful Friday. ❤☘🥰☘❤
I completely understand that! We have only stayed a handful of times over the many years because of this. One day, Darci! I hope you get to try it just once 🙂
❤❤❤
Great video. Did you guys go to the awakenings show? When I visit Las Vegas this year I want to attend that show as well as having Dinner at Sinatra’s
We haven’t been to Awakening yet! I hope you enjoy!
Mizumi was the best restaurant in Wynn. Delicious!
So many great restaurants there!
I'd love to stay the knight 😮there
Have gambled at Wynn and eaten at the Wynn Buffet. Regret not staying there when given a room offer years ago. Now the room prices are out of my range and I am now less of a gambler.
Yes, I imagine you have to spend some big bucks to earn comps. We have to go back to try the buffet! Didn't get a chance on this trip.
Wolf HOWLS At Melissa
Thanks Wolf!
Wynn is the best!!!!
Other than the price, it's hard to fault anything about it! Thanks Marlene!
I miss the white couch and cream walls, that brightness in the room, I somehow am not seeing it
They did remodel and I know many people prefer the previous style.
WOW …..
Vet of of the Strip and I still think WYNN/Encore then Venetian, and Bellagio ...etc... IMHO But off strip, Durango is cool and my fav is GVR
That’s sort of our ranking too. But haven’t stayed at either GVR or Durango to compare. We definitely need to!
I agree, it seems to be far and away the best. I sure wish they would status match. If they did, i would stay there and never leave.
They did a couple of years ago! Enrique and I both matched and got 3 free nights at Encore. Sadly, we are now lowly peasants again. If I ever see it again I’ll let you know!
You need a second on your home to afford the golf….
🤣😂 I didn't look at the prices and now I am scared to. I guess it's a good thing I don't golf!
You kinda look like Shawn Johnson.
LOL I can kinda see it except she's younger and cuter!
Lost $500 in less than 30 minutes and haven’t receive any comps. That 500 loss would’ve gone further at mirage, mgm, Caesar’s, and off strip casinos. I lost $100 at silverton and I get $25 food credit every month
Ouch! This is exactly why staying here is a treat for us. We normally stay where we get comps and just don’t gamble enough to get comps at Wynn. But once in a while we like to splurge.
@@UpUpOurWay idk what I need to lose to get comped at Wynn lol. Which is kinda crazy because 2 years ago I played maybe $300 at Venetian and was comped the whole week (mon-fri). Granted this was when Vegas wasn’t as busy due to COVID
I loved the Wynn. I'm a sports bettor and when they upgraded the Sports book, in my opinion, they ruined it. The vibe completely changed and making you pay to sit in there was ridiculous.
Things are always changing! I bet they had to start charging to keep order. I have seen that area uncomfortably busy at times. Sort of supply and demand.
What do think is the best place for your money?
If you go based off our video, we picked Mandalay because it’s more of a luxury hotel at a mud-level price! czcams.com/video/v6bl8CSEskg/video.htmlsi=MUStowlG7Ee7bwGd
Melissa… you and Whatshisface have done a great review video for the Wynn/Encore… though I have always found this Resort one of my least favourite… I find the decore very cold and stuffy… almost verging on Trumpy gaudiness.
LOL whathisface 🤣😂 I actually didn't think the decor was my style before, but after this trip, I felt differently. Not sure why. I still felt like a poor person walking through there though haha!
Great hotel but I Utley stay at the luxer hotel
We stay at Luxor a lot too. Wynn is very expensive!
I HATE the Wynn’s room renovation, it looks terrible. It used to ooze opulence and serenity, now it just oozes an old dude vibe.
Old dude vibe 😂🤣
I'm not a fan of that new room decor at all. That is not a Wynn design at all.
Nice place but pretty spendy wonder what poor people are doing 😂
Lol they’re hanging out with us at Excalibur! 🤣😂
