Eliminate the Caffeine and sugar. Participate in 45-60 minutes of light to moderate low impact physical activity everyday and go to bed exhausted. That is how to move beyond insomnia. Sweet dreams.

I put this on in my room on my 5.2 surround sound. I turned off my 2 subs because it was a little bassy. I left it on my speakers and it felt like I was outside. It was incredible and I slept like a baby. The sound was all around me, it was very peaceful to me.

And you know for the people who think they would really enjoy some time there but couldn't give up their internet or their friends or some of the city Pleasures like a good Starbucks the truth is that in these days you really don't have to give up those things you may have to buy the Starbucks and take it home you may have to visit the friends list Austin and connect with him in other ways. When it comes to the internet you might have to ration it if it's more expensive or build your own way to access it like a tower. But you can and you can decide not to be addicted to it anymore so you take what you really want from it and instead of getting stuck on Amazon surfing aimlessly for something to buy are falling down the rabbit hole of CZcams videos that aren't this good you close the lid put it to sleep and go read a book or cracks and walnuts or help this hillbilly family over in the next Halo can their peaches for the season or just sit on the porch in the sunshine and pet your dog. The hermit's I know have hobbies like writing and art and online graduate programs that passed the time in a productive way and give them lots of peaceful contemplatively time with nature. You find out what you really like when you're not trying to show off for someone else. You find out which friends and relatives you're actually finding words the one-hour drive to town and which are not so much. You'll learn which thing you really needed want instead of impulse shopping. And when you are in need of something you also find who your friends really are. one of the main differences is that when you live that far out in nature you have to live with it and let it be ultimately in charge rather than fighting and trying to win over nature you work with it you be a part of it you find your place in things and there's so much peace and comfort in that nature is sometimes very harsh.
Man, I just want to get away and just enjoy the sound of the snow weather, while I'm inside the cabin, drinking hot chocolate, sitting right by the fireplace. 👍

All my frustrations, worries, pain dissolve and soon the only sound left is the whistling of wind overhead -- oblivious to my circumstance.

I live in northeast Ohio. Snow is common of course. But right now in August, if I could somehow reserve this cabin in this exact weather, I'd take a 2 week vacation there.
I used to live in Northeast Ohio! I moved farther south though so this is the only snow I can enjoy😂

I was born in May, in some year of the XXth century, when people, society and life were far more normal than today (yeah, mark my words, millennials and other young generations, but you shall fall too). And it was my first December ever, almost Christmas, when my mother took me out in the garden, dressed like an astronaut in my stroller. And she let me stand there for about half an hour, while she was cooking some cakes for Christmas. Absorbed by her cakes, she didn’t realize, for some long minutes, that it was gently snowing outside. Much later she told me how the picture looked like: already covered in a white blanket, I was red cheeked, deeply sleeping, with a surreal grin of happiness on my face. No cry, no cold, just pure peace. Ever since, I have been convinced, and I still am, that winter and snow are the most sweet, warm, romantic, playful and lively gifts one can have.
Natural beauty is a great blessing.. to relax mind and release worries nothing is compatible..

I have lived in New England (CT) my whole life, n built a badass Tree Fort as a Teen, that had full electricity n a wood burning stove, I slept in there MANY OF TIMES during a Snow storm, n felt SOOO RELAXED, especially after being a Passenger in a BAD Car accident at 19yrs old, now 41yrs old, n I sleep to this almost EVERY nite!..

I'll have that cabin a couple of Hilltop over just visible in the distance. On a clear day I'll wave at you-- and some of these other people who are headed that way-- from the fields and orchards near my cabin. And on a snowstorm night like this you'll be able to just faintly see the glow of my window through the flakes and blowing snow.

@@TheTManShow well the snowflakes are probably CG as well because really wind that loud would have the snow blowing almost horizontally and the flakes would be much more parallel and speedy because of the force of the Wind. But the cabin itself and the snow might be real and the snow like that certainly has fallen perhaps on quieter nights where the wind is just Whispering instead of howling. I think of it like goodart where nature is interpreted rather than simply duplicated. Although duplication would be very appealing. There's no substitute for the real thing but this comes pretty close. It may be that they simply recorded the wind on the night when they knew the wind would be loud enough to hear and they got the visual of a slower gentler storm on a different night.

I live in a small cabin style house in Northern Michigan on a little lake in a big National Forest. There is nothing better than getting the wood stove going so hot that you can open all the doors and windows during a heavy snowfall and just sit there in the living room sipping on some booze watching all the snow fall outside and feeling no cold at all. That’s what makes busting ass cutting / splitting / stacking wood all summer worth it.
