  • 🟢材料:
    薯仔(土豆)500克
    蒜頭、辣椒、芫荽 適量
    生抽 2 湯匙
    醋 2 湯匙
    糖 2 茶匙
    麻辣紅油(可選)
    蠔油、鹽、 炒芝麻、芝麻油 適量
    🟢做法:
    1️⃣ 薯仔去皮切絲,在水中加少許鹽,將薯絲浸泡 5 分鐘。
    2️⃣ 煮一鍋滾水,加少許鹽,放入薯絲,煮 1 分鐘。
    3️⃣ 將薯絲撈出,放進預備好的冰水中冷卻,晾乾水份後放入大碗。
    4️⃣ 加入切碎的蒜頭和辣椒,炒過的芝麻,灒入滾油,加入生抽、醋、少許鹽、糖、蠔油,拌勻。
    5️⃣ 喜歡吃辣可加入適量的麻辣紅油,加入適量的芫荽和少許芝麻油,拌勻上碟。
    🟢Ingredients:
    Potatoes - 500g
    Garlic, Chili Pepper, Coriander - as needed
    Light Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
    Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
    Sugar - 2 teaspoons
    Spicy Red Oil (optional)
    Oyster Sauce, Salt, Fried Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil - as needed
    🟢Cooking Directions:
    1️⃣ Peel and shred the potatoes. Add a little salt to the water and soak the potato shreds for 5 minutes.
    2️⃣ Boil a pot of water, add a little salt, and put the potato shreds in. Cook for 1 minute.
    3️⃣ Remove the potato shreds and cool them in a bowl of ice water. After draining the excess water, put the potato shreds in a large bowl.
    4️⃣ Add the minced garlic and chili peppers, toasted sesame seeds, pour in hot oil, add soy sauce, vinegar, a pinch of salt, sugar, and oyster sauce, mix well.
    5️⃣ If you like spicy, you can add an appropriate amount of Sichuan chili oil. Add some coriander and a little sesame oil, mix well and serve.
