shipping to 76116? :D. Insane timing with this review. I was just putting cost comparisons together for this rack. Love the color even though they upcharge for the clearcoat raw finish. As of about a month ago, the PR5000 was about a $700+ addition fwiw.
Appreciate the review!
I like that they made those now with 4 way off set holes
@@AMRAP yeah they did it quietly but it really makes the PR 4000 more legit
Would you recommend a flat foot rack for better stability over using the stabilizing feet?
Back with a serious question. Somewhat limited space in garage. I have a wall mount bar and a squat rack. I want to be able to do BMU, so I’m deciding between this rig and an echo bike. I have a C2 rower already fwiw. Which would you choose?
Personally I would recommend the echo bike - you’ll get more use out of it and if you have the right clearance from the wall for the wall mounted bar - it’ll be better for BMU than a power rack would be (unless you bolt it down).
@@AMRAP even if my wall mount doesn’t have the ability to do BMU? (Head clearance)
@@tdeeez if BMU are heavily programmed for you and this rack gives you clearance, then I guess it would make sense. Either way, IMO echo bike is something you’ll get more use out of. Another point for the rack is if you absolutely need safeties to bail on.
@@AMRAP good point. Don’t typically need safeties, but would use the bike more to your point. Maybe I’ll save the rig for later when I get a carport to cover. Thanks for your pov.
It would have been nice to just review the rack instead of sharing your issues with space.
It 3x3” 11ga steel with 5/8” holes and 90” uprights, 4 posts that you can add more on to but I’m not going to get into that because then we’d start talking about space.
