As I've gotten older and deeper into my 30s, I've become less jaded and started learning how to be less judgemental. It's easy to make fun, but at the end of the day, I just want people to do what makes them happy, thrive, and make them feel good. There's so much hate in this world. She's not hurting anyone. She's having a good time. Will she win a grammy? No. But let's give her a break, it's harmless.

@ Bri: So all white people automatically think they are star? What kind of bullshit is that? Why generalizing? There are tons of white people who are insecure (because they look ugly for instance and are being bullied for that) and don't look at themselves at a star at all. So don't generalize upon race please. Practice what you preach. That she thinks she's a star (or better said: her longing for that, because that's essentially what it is...) has nothing to do with her being white, but everything with the human nature longing to be important. No matter what race you are, we all long for stardom. Once we look at ourselves as stars, we feel more confident/loved. So in fact 'wanting to be a star' is, when you think about it, in fact rather a facade of inner insecurity than priviliged confidence!
@ Bri: Everyone is making fun of her thinking she's a star (even though she's white) so what your saying is bullshit. They don't adoralize her but make fun of her, so how's that 'She's being treated privileged because she's white'? That someone thinks she's a star, doesn't mean she's a star. Everyone laughs at her, in fact. She wants to be a star like Beyoncé but will never achieve it (even though she's white) while there are black females such as Beyoncé and Oprah (for example) that did accomplish it! And are killing it! So NO, being white doesn't automatically mean you can become a star.
And NO, I'm not saying there's no brutal racism, there IS in fact a lot of unfair inequality, if your black you have less chances of making it, no doubt about it, all I'm saying is: that your white doesn't automatically mean you can become a star... millions of white people around the globe dream of what Beyoncé has but will never get it.
There's a lot of beauty discrimination in the entertainmentindustry going on as well, so even though your white, if you don't look beautiful, you can't make it in Hollywood. All based upon birth characteristics. So don't act if as white people can achieve everything. For example: I had two (drop dead gorgeous) female friends (one being white and one being black) and they for instance consistently got selected at selections/auditions everytime (and they both were very popular with men, always got compliments etc) while they always turned me down, so beauty is SO important as well to make it. So no, even though your white, once you haven't been gifted at birth with beautiful looks, your chanches at life are lower as well. I've been bullied (and turned down) for how drop dead ugly I look all my life, so don't act as if white people never experience inequality/discrimination, but this kinda discrimination gets trivialized so much (it's the only discrimination that's still seen as socially acceptable, nobody ever fights against the beauty discrimination in Hollywood... how hypocrite is that?) while in fact (whether it's race of beauty) we sisters both experience inequal treatment based purely upon somehting we didn't even choose at birth, so in fact we should support each other!
