    My takeaways are:
    1. You must take cognizance of the size of the business when designing.
    2. One of the key elements of OD is chain of command; reporting lines must be well defined.
    3. Workforce planning, well defined communication channels, policy and procedure must be considered when designing.
    My action plan is:
    I will pay more attention to how to secure the "buy in" of my stakeholders.

    Take Aways:
    1. The relationship and differences between organisation design and development.
    2. How Germaine is getting the organization design to the survival and growth of the the organization.
    3. A Thorough analysis and sound execution of the design including manpower planning should be carefully executed to ensure Short and long run development of the organization
    Action Plan:
    Going forward, I will be doing a review on our structure and process to ensure there is proper alignment between the vision and mission of the organization vis a vis the systems on ground that are being deployed
