My own Asantefuo understanding of 24hrs economy isn't easy for them to understand oo.
Mobile money was introduced in 2009 at that time ndc were wai and accra digital center was built by john dramani mahama, so please digitalization is not a policy waii, BAWUMIA said he's a driver's mate so he should go for a driver's license before we will give him the stear .....JOHN AND JANE ALL THE WAY

Mahama was going to use 1.2 million dollars to do digitalization but Bawumia used only 4 million dollars to do digitalization
