I believe that Old CL 600 was a C215 model. Came with 5.8 V12 N/A M137 engine. But it was later replace with new engine 5.5 V12 Bi-Turbo M275 for W215 model.
One shown in video is a MOPF though, so 5.5l bi turbo. C I believe (atleast mostly) stands for coupe, S for Station Wagon, R for Roadster and W for anything else. So w215 technically doesn’t exist as the equivalent is the w220 in this case or c216/w221 for the next generation
