I love the distortion of space before your eyes in his mirror works. And the sheer scale of the other pieces makes the environment look small. Makes you appreciate the space it's in.

Anish Kapoor is one of the greatest artists, ever. He has anacquired an exclusive right though, for the artistic use of the blackest color in the world - Vantablack. That is the way of the mediocre and I think he should reconsider.

Ohhh! This gives me an idea! 5:26 What if they made sculptures that didn't invoke feelings and thought just through how the sculpture looks.. but how it SOUNDS! Invoke unique feelings and emotions through the acoustics of a sculpture! And then, have colors and shapes that accompany the sound that the unique shape that the sculpture produces. Mastering the skill of using physics and acoustics science with psychological science and generally stuff like that to make the audience feel exactly what the artist wanted them to feel with that kind of art. I hope someone knows what I mean because I think this would be an amazing art form. If you get me.

the one of his works i have seen was only small . beautiful red . wall mounted curvy shape . like a chez loungue ( however you spell that ) a large odd red couch-like shape lifted up on its side. you walk towards it and the i noticed how the sound , in the space , .. well sound and space together .. it all makes sense, sound in space . so as you move relative to the piece, the audio ( your breath, your clothes, the people around behind and with you ) it all moves , baby YAAAHH

Ability of art to engage (because it's experiential, not just image to look at, it's a process you go through) 3:53
On the spatial location of the image 5:02

Why, upon receiving the commission for the Olympic Tower, did he decide upon a brain-fart, instead of sticking with this aesthetic? He must've been given the job on the back of this, far more polished, work.
