- Another great, quick bite for those nights when cooking is the last item on your agenda but you're determined not to get delivery. These easy naan flatbreads pack a flavorful punch from the brilliant combination of tomatoes, basil and mozzarella.
Caprese Flatbreads Dish Guide

Five Ingredients
4 store-bought naan bread or other prebaked flatbread
8 oz premade basil pesto
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
12-16 cherry tomatoes
Balsamic glaze
From the Pantry
2 T olive oil
Preheat the oven to 450 F with convection if possible.
Spread the olive oil on a baking sheet and coat thoroughly. Lay down the naan bread and spread roughly 2 oz of pesto on each one. Then tear the mozzarella into pieces and lay it atop the naan. Finally cut the tomatoes in half and dot them around the naan. Season lightly with salt and pepper and bake for 8-10 minutes or until naan is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Garnish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
