It’s kind of strange to hear that the Eden retains heat because it’s the complete opposite of what this pillow is advertised to be which is a cooling pillow.
Great for the winter months when it’s super cold for me, but definitely not for the summer months when I want something cooling. Love the 5 year warranty though!

Why does the website say that this is a mid-level cooling pillow and that it’s good for overheaters, but your review says otherwise?
They changed owners last year and production changed on them. :(
Ironically I'm laying on the Coop edén pillow watching this review. I'm a side sleeper and had to add all the extra fill and it's still not enough loft for me. Im 5,9 and 165lbs for reference. I'm a little back sleeper and the loft is now too high On the side it's still not enough unless I add my arm underneath. I got thus a day ago, dryer it etc. It still fixing off the chemicals smell. I don't know how these videos market these pillow so well. Sadly, if it continue to not work after a week, it's going back. So lumpy already after a day. It is still so hot for me btw. I don't really feel any cooling effect.
