this tiny house is one of the best ones I've seen so far.
you would get bored very quickly of having to spin the thing to get where you want to get, after a while you'd just leave it at 50-50.
I'd get tired of rearranging the stuff that gets displaced while the walls are moving.
Indeed - that's why in my apartment of just 13sqm, I only change a comfy 3-4 seater couch (L shape) to a double bed. The rest stays in place, and I already set a dinner for 8 where all seated... Plus I have a bathtub!
I think if instead of storing things on counters they used more wall storage that might be less of an issue
Could make the walls about a foot thick and make all the walls cabinets.

Love the concept, but gravely disappointed in the bedroom. Why waste space by using a level ceiling when the roof is peaked and allows for a vaulted ceiling inside?!

even in a place that small I don't see a reason why the roof needs to be so short. the roof is pitched so the bedroom could have vaulted ceilings, at least partially to give you standing room.

There are *3 MAJOR FLAWS* with the compact home.
*1.* The smoke, water vapor from the kitchen.
*2.* The steam from the shower
*3.* As those gases are heated they rise, and as they rise they cool which causes them to condense and what's directly above them both? *THE BEDROOM* with all it's sponge-like linen and cushiony mattressy materials.
I did not see any room for an industrial sized ventilation unit, the insides of that place would turn *mold infested* before 2 months had ended.

you dont need an industrial sized ventilation unit, you only need a mini oven vent and shower vent, both would easily fit

it was totally brilliant.....until you got to the coffin that was the bedroom. Um, taller house, anyone?
Yeah, I wondered about that. The roof is not flat, it is angled, yet they closed off that extra head space. If they opened it up, neither one of them would feel claustrophobic. That's what a lot of tiny homes do to make the loft feel more like a regular room.
maybe there is a tiny attic that has a shoebox of christmas ornaments.
It might be that this house was designed to be a cube, and the exterior was designed afterwards for the purposes of this show.
